PNC Bank Preston Rd, Dallas

This bank is a joke, I just opened up an account and they can’t even provide me with a temporary debit card and the initial card will take every bit of 7-10 business days. If you want it sooner it’s $50 for 2-3 days instead? Absolutely absurd. Thank god I only did the minimum deposit to open the account because I just wanted to try them out but now I know that I won’t be putting a penny more into this account and I will be closing it instead.

Bank manager Ruby Danos was flustered and less then helpful. She was more keen to push work to someone else.

Slow and ineffecient. Workers are in slow mo. Glad it is not my home branch.

My experience with BBVA is great, their staff is very kind and they go beyond and above to help specially at the branches. in reference to the first comment about the loan.. a financial adviser can't control your score credit or the amount of the loan will be approved. They can give you a recommendation and an estimate rate you can obtain base on the information we provided, however once the application is submitted a credit officer can evaluate our application and and they will access to your debts/income and score credit base on that they will approve an amount and rate...

Not one to normally write reviews, but I felt a bit jaded after my experience with BBVA. They reached out to me regarding a loan, not something I needed, but thought I would look into it to see if I could consolidate my student loans. I met the financial adviser and my meeting went well, essentially per our meeting I was going to be able to consolidate my loans and keep around the same interest rate (6-7%). When I received the email that said "Congratulations you have been approved for a loan!," I read a bit down further and saw that the proposed loan amount had dropped ~20K and not only that, but the interest rate was 9+%. Obviously I did not accept and the loan officer said that "her notes" showed that my loans were all above 9+% which is not true. I am writing a bad review not necessarily because of my experience, but because to me it seems like BBVA gets you into their office to discuss loans, makes you happy with the rates/terms, and then sends an email congratulating you with a completely different loan amount/interest rate hoping that some unaware member will bite without checking the terms.

They steal from there own customers they have stolen from thousands they stole 1000$ out my account just look and the news I’m not the only one they are stealing from

Easy Bank to do business with I might have all the bells and whistles like Google pay, online banking, transfers and Bank, payments to anywhere scheduled or instant, and protection for when you get hacked... And you will get hacked no matter where you Bank!

The Hispanic guy processing my withdrawal is possibly the worst hire in the history of worst hires. To Heba or Lisa, I will fire this guy for you: guy that processed my withdrawal at approximately 12:08 pm 02/22/2020, you’re fired.

I frequent this bank several times a week. I always get prompt service and greeted with a smile. Nellie is always so pleasant to work with. Thank you!

Stopped in to sign papers for money thransfer and was in and out in 5 minutes. Employees were super friendly and professional.
