Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Preston Rd, Dallas

1 teller working, 3 staff members laughing and joking at the “greeter station” when I walked in, line 6 people deep with a 7th customer making a lengthy transaction with the lone teller. A customer got out of the line to ask for someone to assist with the waiting customers and she was told there was only 1 teller available. I find it hard to believe no one could assist other customers with their transactions.

This branch is the worst! Simple transactions are turned into complicated situations. There’s never enough tellers I can go on but im on my lunch break with little time because I wasted some of it coming here.

Don’t waste your time! I wish I was able to give 0 stars! Terrible Terrible customer service! Do not bank of BOA! You will regret it! Save your time, energy, and Monday!

All staff at this branch are really kind and professional, especially the two ladies at the counter. Despite the heavy volume of their work, they always keep their smile and nice attitude towards customers. They probably have the best customer service in the North Dallas area! 👍

Had an appointment with Victor Morales and he went above and beyond to help me trouble shoot some issues and open an account successfully. I really appreciated his help and he made the whole process as convenient as possible. Wonderful service! Thanks Victor!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. If I could give this location no stars I would. The branch manager is a NIGHTMARE. She has cost me a lot of time and deals attempting to do a simple transaction but she’s too busy on a power trip. I tried to get a simple cashiers check completed twice and was denied after giving 3 forms of identification. I went to the Royal lane and Frisco location and it was approved without any issues. The manager needs to be fired or at a minimum given some lessons on appropriate customer service and treating people with respect. I would avoid this location!!!!!!!

I have always had issues with this bank and can't even speak to anyone after calling for 3 hours straight

This branch has two great tellers but there systems are terrible. The manager seem to be slow i waited 30mins to cash a check that my employer with them . And its not my first time cashing a check with them and each it slow This is crazy.

By far the worst of the B of A locations!! Was in the drive through at 12:40 pm on a Saturday and by the time I got to the window (they only have 1 lane), it was after the bank closing time of 1pm. They said that their computers were "turned off" and could not take my deposit or cash a check. A week or two later, I closed my account, never to return. I also don't understand why at their other locations, their drive throughs are not open on Saturday, when the bank is (Wells Fargo and Chase don't have this problem). None the less I don't have the problem anymore since I said "Bye Bye Bank of America"!!

I use this BoA location and one other. I may come in often enough to be known by name, and greeted, but mention this to highlight the quality of their customer service. From individual tellers, to Bankers, to the management staff as well - everybody at this location is wonderful. I use this BoA for both my business and personal banking needs, and they have never let me down.
