PNC Bank N 4th St, Dekalb

Very poor customer service from the branch manager (DUSTIN A) and bank rep Crystal V. Avoid the DeKalb branch at all costs They actually told me they are ":too busy" to get back to customers who have a banking issue. This happened not one, but twice. Closed my Account instantly. AVOID DeKalb PNC Bank!

The fees at this bank are the scummiest I've heard of in a very long time. I was shocked to hear they still charged overdraft fees, and even worse CARD REPLACEMENT fees when your account is victimized by theft!!! The gall to punish their clients when they've just been victimized by ID theft... scummy, scammy, scuzzy.

My favorite bank!! They have the most amazing staff!! Highly recommended.

Always very friendly and accommodating! I feel at home every time I go there. Today i witnessed a whole man child refusing to leave the drive through because he didn't have his ID or something. They were just doing their jobs, and being a hell of a lot nicer than I wouldve been. Not forgetting they had other customers, they went around and apologized to each person and politely informed them of the problem. Not one of them got an attitude or strayed from a professional manner. I even went out there and had a word with him. Not sure how they maintained composure with him.Hope I didn't cause any problems! Thanks for the great service and smiling faces every time!

I have had no problem with the employees at the branch in my town. Where I have a problem is my pharmacy took money out of my account instead of my wife's. I called the Bank to explain the situation. No answer. They charged my account for not having any money in it even though I can't work right now because of COVID-19.

Worst bank I have ever delt with. Problem with my account no manager available to help on maternity leave ! Really no back. Up person nothing was sent over to another branch. Had customer service informed me correctly in the morning when I called about issue I would not have been transferred to West Dundee branch. Incompetent customer service on 800 line. Branch bankers are even less competent. Will be closing account fast poor poor service!!!

After having tried every other bank in town, finally settled at PNC nine years ago. They've proven to be the fairest, most helpful and honest bank around. The customer service both at the bank and on the phone is outstanding.

A customer of 9 years here... exchanged some Chinese Yuan and all went smoothly for 3 weeks. Then PNC conducted an unauthorized debit of my account because they send he currency to the wrong "department" and it was returned, so they had to withdraw funds from my account because of their error. Only options are to redo the exchange process (which will take 3-4 weeks) or return to the branch to pick up the currency. All good, except when you're on vacation with the family. Bank won't even float the funds until I return. Poof... customer gone!

Professional, always helpful, great corporate and local support, as well as, phone and cyber support. I hope this company stays the same and grows as a symbol of American companies and how they should be run.

Horrible respect. No banker on site to help me. Gave me the wrong phone number to call for assistance. Absolutely horrible in all ways. Should not be a bank if theyre going to send me an hour away to abother branch just to get things done
