Kindra Richards is the branch manager she always offer excellent service with a smile that makes you feel like you are not just a banking customer but a banking friend. Kindra and her staff always goes the extra mile to make sure that my needs, and issues are addressed in a timely manner and that I completely understand any issues or concerns.

My business account has been scam on 11/05/2021 and happened again at 11/30/2021 I called bank and talked to bank baker they are agreed this are unauthorized check but took they almost 2 month still haven’t returned my funds

Hunter flat out lied to me about why I was denied for an account then lied again about how to fix the issue. He told me he was unsure what had been reported to earlywarning detection but I could call and have it removed, but when I called them they were surprised he told me I could have the issue removed (as he explained it to me) and then reapply. When in reality I contest the issue in writing and PNC reevaluates after contest and the issue is not removed but up to the individual banks to decide how to proceed. Very disheartening experience. I would recommend the location on Atlanta highway and NOT the eastern blvd branch.

Went into ask a few questions concerning banking news they had all the answers

Mrs. Davis is the best she is great at her job and every time I go in to speak with her she remembers everything that we talked about and she is very helpful and she gives me really great advice and she is very nice and sweet and I would not bank with any other bank.

I have tried to get a banking error resolved for over a week on a business account and it has yet to be taken care of. This is not the way you treat customers and the fact that no one is taking charge and owning up to the mistake is sad. I am considering moving our organization's account immediately.
