Our salesperson, Mark, was prompt, concise, and provided an excellent sales experience. Too often when buying a car, I have found myself stuck in a dealership for hours for no apparent reason. The process at Reinhardt was painless and quick. We drove 2.5 hours from our home town because Reinhardt's prices were substantially better than the local dealership, and we would definitely choose to do this again given our experience. The service at Reinhardt Lexus is exceptional. It starts the moment you park your car by the gentlemen who are awaiting the customers. As you enter the service department, you're then greeted by a lovely, pleasant young lady who ensures that you're comfortable while you wait. The service consultants are also very thorough and let's not forget the mechanics, who after all, make everything better! The lobby is very nice and there's always drinks, mints and cookies! I never mind waiting!

They were friendly, helpful and discussed all the questions I had. I purchased a new Lexus RX 450 HL, they setup the Lexus app for me and then spent time going over all of the features of the car and the app. It was a wonderful experience.
