PNC Bank St Francis Ave, Dallas

Came into the bank with 3 deposit they would only make 1 out of 3 leaving me to take back 2 of them which is a safety issue rather Insisting me to do night drops when. I don’t feel comfortable in doing that since i had issue in the past. They had enough time to finish up all 3 of my deposits. Showing signs of being lazy. Would definitely look into going to a different branch. Not a good experience at all !!!

It just so happened my job switch from paper checks to pay cards now during this time I'm going in there with the pay card it's never a problem getting my money off of the pay card, all of a sudden one day I go in there on a payday to do a cash advance with my card and my licence.They're telling me that I can't do it because my name is not on the pay card, now mind you I've been going into this branch 6 months showing them the card and my license and I also have a bank account with them, now all of a sudden you can't let me do a cash advance you want me to go to the ATM withdraw 400 off and then get charged for coming back again to withdraw. No so I politely went to the other branch where they also know me showed them my card and my license like I normally do and got all my money off the card with no problem.

First of all, I dislike how the security guard was looking at me..just because I have one earpeace in while looking on my phone does not mean a thing which he made it into be by Stereotyping me. Therefore, As a former security guard for celebrities myself I do understand they have a job to do but it's not a good luck to be judged. Second of all, what really made me upset to file a complaint is how the teller gonna type some additional info about me which was not necessary for cash from my acct after I have already have shown him my ID!!! So I will not be back to this location.

I WILL NEVER BANK WITH BBVA TOO MANY BANKS OUT THEIR TO BE DEALONG WITH PROBLEMS WITH THEM OVER MY MONEY.The worst bank branch that I have ever been to the Hispanics branch manager and the other Hispanic in the front left entrance both stood in front of me as if to fight (crazy) and wanted me out because I had an arm dispute and the teller first name Hilda for some reason refused to help me. They made me and my nephew feel like thiefs and as if we where going to have to defend our self which is ridiculous , this happened over a month ago and now the branch calls and states that my account is over drawn by $400 after I filed a complaint on the branch. 3/15/16 on this day they called and they stated that the same branch I had an issue with claimed I receive the money I had an issue with 4 of them because of the way they treated me (mob movie) so o don't know if one of them stole the money out of anger sounds far fetched but for some reason the branch does not want to check the arm camera to see if I got the money it's that easy , Ive talked to cops multiple BBVA customer service representatives and none of them have helped or ended this disputed the correct way , Ms.lois is a lady I spoke with today and hopefully she will get to the bottom of this injustice. A moth to receive my debit card should of been a warning sigh.I WILL NEVER BANK WITH BBVA I WILL NEVER BANK WITH BBVA AGAIN

They treat you accordingly. While I was there they were very nice and polite..... As a matter of fact every time I go to this bank I feel invincible as if I have just won a championship of some sort. Ancient legend speaks of a place that was built by gods to serve the people and restore the balance to the world. Well this place isn’t it but it gets pretty close to it. All in all I think this is a good bank.

they dont care about theyre customers! They are nothing but ripoffs! LOOK OUT FOR THEM NSF CHARGES..i got proof they sneak charges in... i swear i will submit a review a day until i cant no more. This BBV compass bank location is the worst, and the assistant manager absolutely rude and unhelpful. If your selecting a bank don't use BBV Compass on St. Francis in Dallas.

I'm actually going to change banks this banks customer service sucks and don't deposit large amounts of cash threw the drive thru they will steal your money and say u only deposit a certain amount

Rude and was told I could only get my funds released if I went to the branch located 45 min away from there. Do not waist your time at this branch, unless pulling from an ATM or depositing money.

These idiots wouldn't even let me deposit my pay check into my account. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
