PNC Bank N Main St, Fuquay varina

The staff is friendly and helpful, never had any problems until now, had fraudulent charges on my checking account of almost $500 and have to wait for at least 10 days before they will return the money to my account. Have never had a bank do this. I feel like I am being treated as the criminal. The local branch says they don't know the process for how fraudulent charges are researched.

ATM is always broken. I sat at the drive through for 10 mins with no assistance. Had to drive to a supermarket to get cash back. I will be removing my funds and going to a different bank.

A "Shout Out" to the entire staff! Appreciate the quick, efficient, and total services provided. Some may say, "it's their job"...however, the manner in which they execute is a cut above the norm.

Switched to Capital One Spark Business online, this bank has too many surprise monthly fees for business checking. Went to close our account and still incurring overdraft fees.
