They were nice before covid, but now they don't care anymore. Never, ever pickup a phone. Useless voice response system too. 2 stars, because they were 3-4 stars, bit now the are as good as out of business. Update: standard answer from this BofA branch to use Twitter to contact them. I am not on Twitter and the canned, standard answer instead of solving the issue is so typical of the fast demise if this branch the last 2-3 years.

WORST banking experience ever! Waited in line over 30 minutes to make a deposit on behalf of a mutual client, felt like I was at the DMV instead of a bank. I am really unsure as to why anyone would bank with Bank of America. In our area over half the branches are temporarily closed, The ones that are open either only offer lobby service or ATM service. I have never had such issues depositing funds in my life. Horrible bank. I personally bank with the Fidelity Bank, I guess I have become accustom to quality customer serv

Constantly the worst bank experience ever. Always just one teller working her tali off. We're is the branch Manger. Always MIA!! Hire some teller for goodness sake. No problems like this at any other bank in town. Ridiculous!!!!

Worst customer service ever at this bank. Waited 25 minutes for one teller just to make a deposit. When I complained to one of the associates he simply walked away from me. I stopped by his office to ask his name and tell hiim he was rude to me, he said it was Taylor but he didn't have to give me his last name. Nobody cares about customer service at this branch.

Horrible service! They kept redirecting me to the automated service which was impossible to have a real person to speak with. After the third time they tried to redirect me to that, I got upset and they claimed I was rude. So they twisted the fault to me. They did not want to speak with me and they told me to call another branch. Note...the manager let somebody else answer. For 3 times I have been very nice with them, but after that and have been fooled...I think I had all the right to be upset!!!! I contacted another branch and gently, they easily connected me with a real person and gave me the answers and help I needed. It could have been done, but not from the Fuquay branch.

This has to be literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with...before and especially during covid. Customer service is terrible, they lack any comprehension of common sense during this pandemic however they seem to be able to afford nicer barriers then al other banks. I only deal with them for deposits at this point...I couldn't imagine ever having to deal with them for full banking services. My recommendation would be to use this specific location as an example of how not to operate.

Have only had great experiences with this branch. While I've had less than helpful experiences calling into the corporate line on more occasions than I'd like to count, Kathy has resolved issues for me within hours several times within the past few months. It is so nice to have someone in customer service who shows empathy, tries to truly understand the customer's situation and evaluates the details rather than referring to some black and white policy. Because of Kathy alone I have stayed with B of A, when I've been on the verge of leaving after too many hiccups. Thank you, Kathy!

The Branch is simply closed. No "Closed" sign you can see from the road, just a little piece of paper on a door saying "We're closed" with no future opening date. Typical of the Fuquay-Farina mentality. There is absolutely no reason to be closed, please don't make COVID excuses. No other BoA branch around would accept walk-ins and appointments are not available. Not every transaction customers can do online or using APP due to a limited BoA online capabilities. I would rate ZERO stars.

most of the Bank of America branches are terrible. they normally have someone in the lobby welcoming you....and for WHAT? they should get their butt behind the counter and do some work to help customers. only ONE person is great at the Fuquay Varina location....her name is Maria. Fantastic! Bank of America is one of the most corrupt banks in the nation.

Usually very slow. Very poor customer service. The tellers were very rude. One did not even acknowledge me, the other was very abrupt, rude and discourteous. I almost closed my account then and there. Do not go to this bank. They are very rude.
