PNC Bank Beach Dr, Calabash

I opened my account in in another town but use this bank more often. I've had a problem with the atm not giving me my money after it failed a deposit. The employee quickly retrieved my money and assisted me with depositing it in my account. If I have my kids they always throw suckers in there for them AND THEY LOVE YOU FOR THAT. It's a good bank and I have yet to me an employee that is not pleasant.

Worst experience of my life trying close an account once my family passed away. It is a difficult time as it is to lose a loved one but they did everything in their power to keep the money flowing to them. The stall tactics were so hilatious a lawyer had to be hired. Run screaming from this place and warn your family to not trust them. This is not a reputable business. ~rated 5 stars because I hate to ruin peoples perfect 5 rating && my family loved this place and always encouraged me to go here. my intuition was telling me not to rate the star portion bad !!

I only give this bank here 2 stars because I went to have a card remade and it was done without any problems, was so nice, but it was added to the wrong account. I tired calling back to see if they could fix it and I wait on the phone for 45 mins just to be told to call back at regular business hrs. Need to get the employees to answer the phone and not let customers wait on the phone to the point where their problem still cant be fixed till the next day.

My entire family opened accounts with PNC in Calabash. We are all very pleased with every aspect of our experience with them. From the services provided to the employees we've interacted with, it's been 5 stars all the way.

Have had PNC for years. It’s different down south but the employees are very helpful! Wish we had a PNC in Shallotte.
