PNC Bank Germantown Ave, Philadelphia

Tried to open a simple IRA account and was passed around from person to person before eventually being told it was being worked on and that they would contact me when they finished opening it. It’s been about two weeks and I haven’t heard any communication on this, and they were aware that it was time sensitive. Typically, I have no complaints about PNC, but this was extremely unprofessional and irritating

Always a seamless experience. There was a very short line, and I wsd helped within just a few minutes. Easy transaction and friendly service.

This isn't my regular bank, but they treated me as if it was. I didn't have an appointment( i didn't know i needed one) the manager was super helpful and was still able to help me out while keeping his distance. On top of that i left an envelope behind and he found it and notified me. If i lived closer to this branch i would switch.

I got help today and created a awesome and successful account with my own name and I’m proud of it and had the best experience with customer service and I definitely appreciate this bank for life.

Literally waited over an hour than left after trying to get a replacement debit card. Apparently now only customer service can replace the cards. Tellers were standing around doing nothing. The customer service people we taking forever with their patrons and then taking breaks and BSing with other employees. Almost tempted to switch banks. Terrible!!

I had to replace my card after I got home from work and when I tell you I was in there for no less than 10 minutes, I love theChestnut Hill branch, and the Assistant Manager Elijah was just amazing.

Every time I do my banking at this branch, it has always been a welcoming event. Everyone is great.

Very helpful hate when other people who don't bank there, take up the free parking for PNC customers
