PNC Bank Noble Blvd, Carlisle

I loved this bank when they first came to the area but now it's impossible to get anyone on the phone. It's actually a nightmare. Customer service is terrible. All they're good at is adding extraneous fees... nickel and dime you. I pity the people who don't have money in their account... PNC is definitely not the bank for you.

Don't go walking in if you have any personal banking business such as opening a new account etc. They want you to have an appointment in advance. Banker and manager didn't have any customers, teller had two people in the line. Banker wouldn't help without prior appointment. Save your time do your banking online.

Please fix the light above the ATM drive thru so people know the ATM is open . instead of wasting your staffs time and my time .

Absolutely terrible! I understand the situation is tough right now but more than a half hour wait with only 2 cars in front of me is ridiculous. The other day I had to leave after a half hour without making my deposit because I had to open my business and take care of my customers. PNC couldn’t care less about their customers.

Terrible People who work inside in the Bank. PNC Bank really nice Bank But the people who work inside is terrible i swear to God. 2018,19, the people who work inside really good people but all good people left from this Bank and now there is all new people and not friendly people. The Management Zero.

PNC is a great place to bank and this location is excellent. Very friendly employees who really care.

After 26+ years they are the only bank I will ever need. Marlies and the whole staff are a real pleasure to work with.
