    Lost count I've lost count on how many times I've been locked out of my funds for "fraud detection". There isn't any notification about it either you get to find out when you need groceries and they're closed. Well this time I'm just going to make a visit to close my account. Problem solved.

    Never using the atm at this bank again. Tried depositing $45 in the atm and it literally took my money, said "out of service" and got my card stuck in the machine. I filled a atm dispute to get my money back and they told me the money i put in was never there. I am NOT happy about this.

    DO NOT USE ATM! I used ATM on University in Las Cruces. Requested $100, got $90! (2 - 20's & a 50!). Receipt said I received $100. I went to drive -thru and reported this and showed them my transaction and cash.. Guess what, they have no responsibility to me since I am not their customer! How is my bank supposed to know that I was was shorted. REPEAT -Don't trust their ATM machines. My bank statement shows I received 100 plus their recently increased use fee of $3.50. THE REAL POINT OF THIS REVIEW IS TO WARN CUSTOMERS THAT THE ATM IS NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. I have taken further steps to dispute the amount provided with my bank which can eat your bank for lunch..

    Every-time I come here I encounter a rude bank teller. They’re always snappy with me and just overall have an attitude. One of the times, I had a negative balance and when I went to deposit my check, they didn’t even let me know or make me aware of the balance (which they’re supposed to), so when I got my deposit slip back I was $130+ short. When I asked her why she didn’t tel me about the balance she got rude and started rolling her eyes at me. This time I went to deposit a check and waited 15 minutes in a line that wasn’t moving at all, and when I finally get to the front, I told the girl I’d just like to deposit my check, and she said okay, so I sent my ID, debit card, and check, then another girl came up and rudely said “are you depositing?” And I said yes, she then says “k, there was a deposit slip in there so next time fill that out.” I said “okay I’ve never been told to fill one out, so I didn’t know” and she walked away. Take your money elsewhere, they’re rude here and the atm rarely works. I was referred here and I liked it at first, but I’m just over having to deal with the rude girls that work there, but you hear them being extra nice and flirting with the guys that go though the drive thru. It’s ridiculous. There’s no reason that customers should be treated this way every time they take their services somewhere.

    I love Pioneer bank because everyone knows my name. They also help you and don't treat you like a corporate customer . If it wasn't for their care and for knowing me I would have been in a bad pickle when my wallet with ID was stolen. I also like the fact I am not charged a service fee each month like another bank that is very corporate and added that on after I had been a customer for over a decade. Pioneer puts people first and they even have had two awards in the past two years for providing a positive work environment for their employees. It's obvious. Very thankful for this bank.

    I had withdrawn money from a check that cleared 3 and half weeks later I get a letter saying my check didn't clear and I know it had cause I received a notice on my app and they want me to pay it

    I like this bank, but not the long wait at the drive thru. Some days are better than others. Overall, it’s a good bank with good customer service 😊

    Staff member deposited money into another's account. Had my card stolen in the past, they charged me for a new one. No other bank has ever done this. Their fee's are high but More basic services aren't even basic for standard bank services. You can't do anything online except check your statement. Everything has to be done inside a bank location. Inconvenient hours when you work 8am-5:00pm. You can't even make deposits at the ATM. Customer service on the phone has the same hours as their banks. Can't even call someone to correct issue from the staff depositing into WRONG ACCOUNT BECAUSE YOU CAN'T REACH ANYONE! Maybe instead of wasting fee money on cheap gifts for opening new accounts they should put that money back into customer service and proper training.
