Rude and terrible customer service. Walked in to try and pawn something. The short lady yelled across the whole store if he (I assume the manager) wanted to accept what I was pawning and he rudely yelled back “NO!” Very unprofessional. As I was leaving the store, another customer who was also leaving looked at me and said “they’re so rude!” I will never again try to do business here. I always go to El Paseo but they were overstocked. Lesson learned.👎🏽👎🏽

They're very polite, and willing to work with you to help you out when your in a very tight spot. I've been dealing with them for a very long time now and not ever had any problem dealing with them. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Don't pawn or buy anything from here a friend of mine. Had to. Pawn something to them then when he went to get it back they gave a different item that was not his cuz they will use it and give all mess up To the point it it hardly works I found this out by. Pawning something and once I got it back they try to give it back it now broke and I only had it for 2 or 3 months old it cost me $2000 now I. Got to pay to have it. Fix and it going to cost me more money the owner didn't care if it was mess up left out side in the cold and rainy weather they want even try to fix it. Rite

Best place to pawn stuff. I had an Xbox pawned 42 days and they only charged me for 1 month. They also give the same price to pawn as GameStop buys old systems for at pro member rate. I recommend trader man for pawning items they pay more than everyone else in Las Cruces!

They sold us a gun. Told us it was a 16gauge when it was a 12 gauge. Their customer service was ok but they need training on guns. Went in there again and one guy was going to sell me a gun but another guy came up and say no. Was not even able to start the application. He just stated no.

Where to begin... The terrible customer service? The crooked business ethics? The uncomfortable stares and comments from the elderly male staff? This place is a joke and my reasons for giving them my business more than once is valid and unfortunately my only option at the time. It honestly kills me. When I think about how much money I lost to these people. Make me sick. I have been in the field if hospitality buo till Covid when u was furloughed. This is why I stepped foot into this place. Trust me, go to El Paso. Specifically Benny's on the west side and ask for Ruben. I mean, unless you would rather be hung up on when You called at 5:28 and the doors were locked When they close at 5:30 and the items you wanted to take out was almost 309 dollars for them. Oh well, I guess they would rather be the worst established I have ever had the unfortuneof doing business with. Horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible.

I recently purchased an item from this pawn shop. They told me it worked and when I tried it out I noticed it had many faulty wires and was totaled. DO NOT GO HERE!

HORRIBLE SELECTION. Nice people but horrrible horrible items. I bought something and went to return it because it didn’t work but they refused. Please don’t make the mistake of going here.

I'm generally someone who tries to keep an optimistic mind, and avoid being docile. However the people here are ridiculous; I went three times, the first item I tried pawning they said they did not accept, which was a 720P Computer Monitor by IBM...? The second item was an instrument that I found, pawned it for 20$. It was worth at least 40$, whatever. The third item was a weapon, they were offering 80$..when it was only 6 months old, and I paid 350$ for it. Don't expect any type of negotiation...its usually just a set price for them. The staff is rude, and have this "Sheepish" attitude as if their on TV. Its like watching a degenerated episode of Pawn-Stars. I winded up selling that 720P Computer Monitor for 120$ on Cragislist, and 225$ for the weapon I tried pawning. I received a handful of responses within 2 days for both those items. Your better off not wasting your gas & time with these incoherent employees, and just sell your items on Craigslist. Where negotiation and real bartering can actually take place. Word of advice: If you like taking one in the rear, just head on over to Traderman. Thanks,

I wouldn't suggest going here if you want a deal. Everything is priced at full retail or above, especially guns, knives, and ammo. Decent selection if you want to pay double or even triple the value of something. I won't be back.
