My family and I banked with Chase many years. We decided to pick Pinnacle Bank at Eagle Ranch as it was close to our home. Banking is best when it’s done on a personal level. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The majority of the tellers were absolutely wonderful with the exception of one person within the branch. As for privacy reasons I will not list her name. I sincerely hope you start working with your customers and leave your judgement at home.
