I changed my address with the bank weeks before my debit card expired. It's now 11 days into the next month and I have no access to my money and not one member service representative can tell me where my debit card is or why I do not have one. If I lived there my account would be closed today. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This Credit Union obviously doesn't want to do any refinancing. My son applied and has a credit score of 712 with excellent payment history and the loan officer denied him. I have a credit score of 707 and have had my vehicle for over 2 years and the only thing they looked at was that I was late 30 day at one point. So out of 2 and a half years and that's all you look at. Also, when the representative called me and left a message, she called me by my first name like we are friends along with no even giving her name or a number to call back. Needless to say, I will never do business with this Credit Union nor refer anyone.

I have had my car loan with them for 4 years, I recently went in to refinance and had such a great experience even with all the Covid-19 craziness. The young lady Rosa Moreira worked with me ALL DAY from 10am til 5pm to help me get everything sorted! Initially it was in person, then I had to leave and do other things so we communicated through email and she was prompt and professional. Thank you for all the help!

I have never had anything but great service with the Saginaw EECU. I recently read some of the reviews and was very surprised by them. My cards have never been locked out and I have never had to wait on hold for an hours either. Each time I go to use the ATM, which is pretty often, it is working. I don't know what others experiences have actually been, but mine have been wonderful. They are always very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely a very customer service location. Walked in seeking assistance with coin exchange and was assisted with no obligation and with a strong desire to assist that really made me evaluate to switch from my bank. I will be a new member to EECU because of their outstanding customer service and there first experience they provided from the moment I walked in. Thank you Markysha, Bonnie, and one additional banking assistant whom's name I will acquire on my next visit for the professional kindness that a person hopes to be given buy whom he trusts with his money. 10+++++stars!!!!

I've had more problems with EECU than I've had with any banking institution EVER. Issues range from electronic transactions not properly posting, to poor customer service. On my most recent visit, the teller at the drive-thru window barely greeted me and she definitely didn't interact once she completed my transaction. If it was extremely busy, I may have slightly understood. However there were no other cars in the Drive-Thru at the time. If this wasn't the most conveniently located Credit Union, I would have closed my account by now.

Always had amazing experiences with the staff at this bank. Very friendly, great service. I've finances two cars and several personal loans throughout the years with EECU. Absolute best bank I've ever been with.

Regrettably, I must add my voice to the number of negative voices who registered their complaints. I have gone in on several occasions to speak to a representative. On 2 occasions there was no one else waiting. Both times I waited about 15 minutes or more while she was on her computer. She never acknowledged me. On one occasion I asked if she was available for service. I forgot what she said but the answer was no & she continued typing & I continued waiting until she was ready to make herself available, about 15 minutes later. She never smiled, apologized or extended the slightest courtesy. I found her behavior extremely abhorrent. On my 2nd visit conditions were the same, an untimely wait, no one else waiting to be seen & this same young woman was typing away on her computer. I went to every other representatives (2 others) but none could help me. I found myself getting angry. I almost always have to wait at this branch (unless it's a simple deposit or withdrawal) & 30 minutes wait time is the average. To keep my cool & to get to work on time, I have elected to leave several times after waiting a protracted period. If others are waiting & time is an issue, you're better off coming back another day. If there was another viable banking institution in comparable proximity I would certainly & most definitely move on. Believe me, I continue looking for an alternative. It's sad but that's the truth.

I was not impressed with the loan officer we spoke with. She tossed my girlfriend and I to the side like we were trash. The customer service is not great at all like they claim to be. Even though we were not approved for the loan but we are a members at this bank. Getting approved or not you should be treated the same.
