Pinnacle Bank Western Center Blvd, Fort Worth

I have banked here for many years. I love that it is a small bank where I am known and receive friendly personal service. Great place. If you hate feeling like a number. I guarantee you will not here.

Horrible location. Without a doubt, the worst Pinnacle branch I've been to. I was only customer in the bank and it still took 20 mins to make a withdrawal. I was pushed off by not one, but two tellers. The personal banker wouldn't answer my questions. She just stayed on the phone while processing my request(that didnt get resolved). Will never visit this branch again.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I will be transferring my account tomorrow. This bank is not very customer oriented and is dishonest. The hours of operation and even the ability to call and check on your accounts are very limited. Also I felt I was mislead when I signed up for their $100 deal for openning an account. Suffice it to say, they didn't pay, but to make matters worse, they were rude when I called about it. Even though my other bank doesn't try to bribe customers with phony deals, I will be adding the Pinnacle account to the other bank. I learned my lesson.

I am so pleased with the staff at this location. They always get it right and so personable with all of us. Whether it be our business account or personal ones. Thanks for all you do.

The folks at this bank are great. My immediate family banks here and we wouldn't go anywhere else. These people are great at what they do!
