Ben and his entire team were absolutely incredible during the course of my re-finance process. To say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Mark Coffman and his amazing staff saved our new home. The other company we were using dropped the ball less than 2 weeks before closing. We contacted Mark and he was able to get us to closing without any delay. Not only that, he was able to get us a lower rate and absorbed the new appraisal fee because we had already paid for one with the other company. All this in under two weeks. He was incredible.
