I personally had Fairway help me with my home loan. My loan officer helped me get pre-qualified and put a number to homes I could afford. They were fast, courteous, professional but more importantly they worked with me though issues, and stayed committed to their word in helping me with the process and securing a loan. Plus my loan came in insanely fast for this industry! This team specializes in physician home loans, but to me that makes them extremely qualified throughout the United States for any large debt to income professional who's looking for a home.

We had an excellent experience with Jason Drobeck and the crew at Fairway Independent Mortgage Group in Salt Lake City. We live the Denver area but that didn't matter as everything was handled by email. We were in a difficult position to apply for a mortgage since we just went from big incomes to very little income as a result of full retirement. We had mostly savings and other assets to work with. They understood and used the asset depletion/income equivalent formulas to justify the loan to the underwriters. Another mortgage company had already failed to obtain a mortgage. They were creative and jumped throught hoops to close the deal for us. Thanks.

Ross Zimmerman is one of the best loan officer i have come across thus far. He was professional, always took his time to explain the process and what to expect and was always available to answer questions which made the process smooth and stress free. Josh Mettle and his team were extremely pro-active in communicating with me as the listing agent. It's a rarity - usually the lister would bug the selling agent for the info! I will not hesitate to recommend him to my buyers!

To me, Shane Barker is the reason this company is as amazing as it is and he is the person you want to work with for a mortgage. He dedicates himself to clients beyond what I ever could have imagined - available to talk anytime, he'll walk you through things time and time again, he'll provide you with tons of possibilities for your mortgage and will basically teach you the A-Z's of mortgages. Whatever your situation is, he'll find a way to make things work of you. Whenever I had any issues come up in the process, I would always find myself on the phone with him 2 seconds later where he was explaining things and taking care of issues. I always felt reassured that Shane would get us through this process without issue. I am pretty selective and tough when it comes to choosing people to work with for things like this, and I honestly could not have been happier.
