please, don't go there. they will lie and rip you off. I brought in my solid white gold and Emerald earrings and ring. He told me they were not real. in desperate need for paying for medicine i neeed the money. they gave me $80 for both. about two weeks later I found the original receipt they were both worth over $1,000.
I like the reviews where the complainant just straight out trashes the pawn shop because the response is easier. This one is confusing. So you brought these items in and we told you they were not real. Then we gave you $80 for items that were not real. Hmmmm. If this transaction actually took place, lets look at the options. 1. There are 5 other pawn shops in a 4 mile radius of ours. You could have gone to any one of those. 2. You could have pawned the items and then you would have 90 days to come and pick them up. 3. You made a choice as an adult that you accepted the offer. Shocker, since we work hard not take advantage of "less informed people", and if you did this transaction here, I will be happy to give you the items back for $80. What a deal!

The service was excellent. The gentleman with long hair pulled back in pony tail has great customer service. I would definately recommend. His knowledge of guns is extraordinary. He is truly an expert.
Thank you for your kind review

Super disappointed, based off of past comments i can see the store owner doesn't take criticism well. Just bad customer service. Hope the new year brings a better attitude toward paying customers.
Such a prescient person. Past comments indicate the store owner responds to and explains complaints. Since we have no explanation or example of "just bad customer service" it is hard to respond. Twelve years in business is a result of many happy customers. Not to say an employee may be having a bad day. Always happy to discuss customer complaints. Let's hope the new year brings happier customers and better explanations.

I have gone in several time and when I have received assistance they seemed in hurry to get back to what they were doing. When I did go in I found a used (worn but usable) item that I wanted to purchase and they were selling it as new for $23. I kindly informed them that I could buy the same item brand new for $19. I made a counter offer of $15 out the door which they adamantly refused....respectfully. I ended up going to another Pawn shop and purchased this same item for $10 out the door and it was in mint condition!! I found most of their items were overpriced and their reluctance to negotiate a reasonable MARKET price. Be advise I do not and have never pawned items before so can not attest to that side of the business. I look for a good deal on various item and pawn shop are still one of the last places where you can haggle for a good deal. I give them 3 stars for professionalism.

What a great place to do business. Clean, well lit and organized, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, at all times. George and the whole staff were courteous, professional and efficient. They are honest. Gave me a price much higher than value, took good care of it, and gave it back in perfect condition. I like thus store because they are owner run and treat you like family.

Had a hard day, came by the other day to view some jewelry for my mothers birthday and i'm greeted with nasty stares from the tall curly haired gentlemen who was on his phone mostly while I was there, they had a great selection but the customer service wasn't up to par.
It would be refreshing if customers who write reviews would describe the incident in detail rather than in a slanted fashion. When you came into the store an employee immediately asked if he could help you. He then proceeded to show you some items in a display case. You looked at some items and then told the employee you just wanted to browse around the store. As we were busy, he went to help another customer. You then walked around the store looking into different display cases. You centered on one case and asked another employee is he could show you an item. Contrary to your comment about his use of his personal phone, that employee was working on a number of phones we had just purchased. He was in fact resetting phones for resale. He did however proceed to show you the items in which you were interested. Your comment, somewhat rude to him was "sorry to yank you off your devices". He did not respond, just showed you what you wanted to see. How do I know all this, video and audio recordings. So maybe your hard day caused some irateness on your part but is was not necessary to aim that at our employees or our store. So I hope you found a nice gift for your mother and we hope she had a great birthday.

Owner is rude. I would not do business here. I asked him if he had a second to chat. I didn't interrupt by any means. They had a large barking dog in the shop, which is very unprofessional in my opinion. He could have simply asked me to come back another time or tell me he was busy. Instead, he was very arrogant and inconsiderate. Then him and the guy inside sat and laughed about the dog barking at me when I got back in my vehicle. Obviously this place is not good to do business with based on the numerous bad reviews below.
So Lara is a website sales person. Not a customer. Lets define rude. Lara approached me while I was speaking with a customer. She interrupted my conversation and tried to give me a sales pitch. No introduction, no appointment, no request for an appointment. Told her I was not interested at the time. However rating a perspective client as being rude does not do much for selling your product. So Lara learn some business manners and etiquette, don't trash your clients, don't be rude and you might sell more.

After scouring for a pawn shop that would take some specific items, I read on their website that they accepted what I was hoping to pawn. I drove over to their shop right away and dragged everything inside just to be told by the man working there that the website is outdated and they haven't accepted those types of items in quite some time. Disappointed but determined to walk away with at least SOME extra Christmas money, I pulled out a flimsy necklace that had been living in the bottom of my purse for a few months. They offered me $35 for it and I eagerly accepted. Still frustrated by the misinformation on their "outdated website" I asked what they typically make offers on. The gentleman told me they were really only taking jewelry and a few electronics at this point. They had several guns displayed which caught my attention and I even managed to talk him down to a fantastic price on one of them. I was again let down when he told me that they won't be buying or selling any more guns after the new year (2017) which was the deciding factor for me that I didn't particularly like this pawn shop...at all. I only gave it 3 stars because they offered me such a great price for that crappy necklace.

I just brought into pair of lock wire pliers also known as safety wire pliers to sell. The older gentleman gave me a dirty look when I said good afternoon, and the younger gentleman immediately dismissed what I had turn in. It's not my intent to give a bad review because they did not accept what I had to sell, however the look they gave me was as though I was some street scum. I make a little over $100,000 a year. I bought these back when I used to work at Lockheed Martin gamma I bought an extra pair that was unopened and was looking to sell them. Who looked at they gave me was as though I raided somebody's Tool Crib. Just another example of people that judge a book by its cover. I'm disgusted with this pawn shop.
Sorry for your insecurity. We deal fairly with everyone. We don't take in every item and that angers some people. Tools are no longer good selling items at pawn shops so we are extremely limited in what we buy. We have several customers who actually are homeless and we treat them as well as our $100,000 a year customers. Unfortunate you felt we were treating you badly, not our action or intent.

Ther website is very misleading they make it seem like they have hundreds of guns and they literally had two and they looked like they had been put up wrapped in a wet rag! This place Is just storage place for all there Junk that there wife's won't let them bring home
Thank your for your uplifting comments. As you have been living under a rock for the past six months you are probably unaware that there was a massive run on guns. Sales at any retail store were so extensive that outlets like Cabelas and all internet sellers were out of stock. Guess you didn't have time to leave bad reviews for all of them. At this point there is still a shortage of inventory, for all retail sellers, of guns and ammo. Wake up Rumpelstiltskin and see what is happening in the real world. Thank you for visiting our store
