Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) W Northern Ave, Glendale

There is always have a huge line with only one teller. You would think they would get the hint to start having more tellers work when the line is 30 minutes long.

THIS IS THE WORSE BofA LOCATION. THEY NEED TO HAVE CRASH COURSES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND PROVIDING SERVICES TO DIVERSE CUSTOMERS. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB GIVE IT UP TO SOMEONE WHO HAS CLASS AND PATIENCE.

This has to be the worst location in the city. There is only ever one teller at the counter and 30 prople in line. What really upsets me is when they walk away from the counter to have a conversation with another teller.

This is the fourth time I took my father to this location after opening hrs of operation, for the doors to still be locked. If you would like to open at 10a.m. like some other chains, update your hours of operation!

Slowest service ever, two tellers at one window while all other windows are unmanned. 6 people in line trying to get home for the night and being ignored. Plus no water bottles in AZ?

Everytime I come to this bank there are several workers here but only one helps what does this do to customers??? Uhm piss us us .could you have more than one person working? Or is that to hard??????

Negative 10 stars! No matter what day of the week it is there's always 1 or 2 tellers for 15+ people. If you don't mind waiting 20-45 minutes you'll be okay. It's ridiculous.

They have a really long wait and need to hire more tellers, I waited half an hour just to be able to do my transaction

Bank of America not specifically this location but is the worst bank with the longest lines the longest time hold on the phone and it takes over a week for a return to show up on your debit card

I came in to open an account and been told to wait 4( minutes, why on earth they can’t have a banker in the middle of a day available? Horrible location and staff
