I've been with this credit union for 22years. As well as my son and daughter. They have treated me so well and help me reach my life goals.Low percentage rate loans. I feel safe and secure about continuing during business with them.

I don’t come to this branch much but when I’m in the area and in need to withdraw cash I stop by, unfortunately my recent visits to this branch the ATM has been temporarily closed/out of service. Talk about a 24hrs ATM service sheesh, they need to install another ATM window for back up so when one goes down you have another ATM for customers to use. Because I stop back by 2 hours later when the branch open and the ATM was still down and to top it off they didn’t have an ATM available inside neither..

I love the location and the hours and cleanliness of the bank however twice this happened to me i filled out a bank slip in drive though to put my money in my saving i filled out the slip correctly but the tellers put the money in my checking the first girl gave me attitude like it was my fault when i asked ger to correct this because iam trying to save next time i got a young man i thought not again he corrected the mistake and apologized and I made sure to tell him that this was the second time this happened to me and the Tellers should be paying more attention.

I have taken money out of the drive thru ATM multiple times. Three times I have, money has been missing! Unfortunately I always notice too late. I’ll be checking from now on if I choose to use this location again

The vibe was not very friendly at all.
