Peoples Bank 34th St, Lubbock

Always only one worker working the window with 5-6 cars lined. Will take atleast 30-45 minutes to just cash or deposit a check! Definitely come by here if your in a hurry!

My daughter banks here, came today thru the drive thru, a gentleman took her money, set it on the table , took the lady next to us money..set it on the table, walked away and tended to the people inside the lobby as other bank workers sat at the computers with no customers..it has taken roughly 30 minutes in the drive thru and we are still waiting....horrible money mngmnt for sure!!!

They are so polite and accomodating! I appreciate the friendly service!

Just like every other branch, this one has phenomenal service and friendly faces. My teller "Christian" has genuine kindness and a smile that would light up the state of Texas. All-Star banks here!!!

I have had the worse experience ever at this bank on 34th and Memphis just tried to cash a check and Barbra the check teller declined to cash my check and would give me no reason to why my check could not be cashed. She is real rude and stereo types/racially profiles people so I had to go to bank on 82nd where my check was cashed with no problem. I would not even rate with any star but have to press at least one star to post!!!!!

Always 1 person working the window and cars are stacked up every day. Expect to spend 30 minutes minimum.

People’s Bank has such a welcoming environment. Everyone you work with is so genuine which makes it such a perfect place to do business!
