I called these folks all day and left a voicemail to make my payments to try avoid late payments. I haven't heard from no one. Then they updated the system instead of informing someone what they are doing. I had to register my account all over again. I still can't make any payments online. 😣

During the Pandemic Kendra Smith was nothing but helpful. I did not have to make all my back payments up at once and a plan was made for that was reasonable for me and my family to still be comfortable. Great service

The worst costumer service also the worst system to post your payment you can paid the day 13 and they dont posted in your account until six days later hiiting you credit and charging you service late charged !!!! they using the most prehistoric account receivable method!!!! we need to moved to another bank !!! or they going to arruin your credit !!! six day from our call to posted a payment from chase bank or well fargo ?????

Can i go lower than a one star??!!, NOPE. I love the jingle, capital mortgage services,your hometown mortgage store, call Royce and Linda they will suit you to a tee! Now the truth. A)All the Capital Mort reviews are less than a year old and all are super negative, in fact all at 1 star,,WOW! B) No body here has a clue what they are doing and all the other complaints are correct, In 3.5 years I have had a live person answer the phone twice.I was a first time home owner with questions and no body could answer them C) Since my market has gone up a lot & my value has increased 65,000 I wanted to rely or take money out, I called Garrett I think was his name, I was told he will have some one get back with me, NOBODY DID! 1 week later OhI'm sorry, I'll have someone get back with you, never again four calls and messages no body gets back with me. I'm done and using someone else, I asked to speak to Royce or Linda that was a joke, obvious that didn't happen. I was lat on a payment by 3 days when i did my automatic ACH Boy I got a call then and everyday for the next week even though the payment was made. We have a new system was the excuse. DON'T USE THEM BUYER BEWARE

My personal representative has been Marci Montes, she has been so attentive to my account and has made the process so extremely easy for me. I can't praise her enough. She's made paying my mortgage a pleasure.... If thats even a thing.

really nice staff and overall just a good place

Absolutely terrible experience. They forgot to pay our home insurance and when I called to let them know they assured me they did but could not provide documented proof. They sent in another check just to be safe and have not responded to any of my questions about when it was mailed and if they could provide proof it was sent. Absolutely awful.

Poor Service. You have better chance to reach to Alien than to these guys. Never able to reach through phone. No response from voicemail. I think they should sell themselves to some better company before it is too late.
