Cash my check here and hardly ever have an issue, if I did it was a minor one. Helpful , friendly , respectful service and staff.

After a bad experience with usbank, who i had been with for years, My sister told me how great PB&T has been for her,so I swiched banks. The employees were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I liked what they had to offer.

I like the bank and the staff. I do not like how the online banking system has been working because it has cost me money in the past. It can vary from what the actual bank is stati.g , which becomes even more confusing to the customer. So, when an error occurs, the customer is the one who ends up paying for it and the is no one to actually resolve it.

Shoestring and shady bank that charges ypu for everything it can. Even during pandemic times they still prefer to charge outrageous fees and we get called the criminals. Highly recommend a better bank as pbandt is a failure to colorado and the American people.

Customer service is horrid there, I closed my account years ago. Recently moved back to this horrid town and stopped by this bank as I live close to it. Brought in about 100 worth of loose change to swap to paper and I am informed they don't take loose change. Since when does a bank not take money? I'm sorry but isn't that what banks do? Money transactions of all sorts. I was informed I would have to go downtown to do that. What a joke. Companies never cease to amaze me how low they will go to not be helpful in any way as that would cost them money. Its like the self checkout at Walmart, thats what this bank is comparable to, walmart.
