I've banked with this branch for 4 years and it has gone down the tubes during the pandemic. I had a banker lie to my face about a policy and made a simple process very stressful. This is why I prefer to drive 50 miles to the north side of springs to avoid the ghetto.

Worst bank ever! Snotty rude service… it’s bad enough that Wells Fargo makes up all their own rules for banking but when they expect you to know them when you’re not even a customer is a bit ridiculous.

I opened a new account, and walked into my appointment early. They still saw me, and I was in and out. Megan was very helpful, and extremely pleasant. Her patience through the process is appreciated. I had a great experience and recommend this location. Thanks guys!

Only one cashier in the building and I waited over 1/2 hour in line even though I was next in line. She didn't seem to know what she was doing and had to get help several times. Her supervisor wouldn't stay with her to make sure transaction was completed. No extra help was called up even though multiple people sitting in offices. I certainly understand why wells fargo is rated one of the worst banks with customer satisfaction.

Just in line to deposit 2 items.Took 12 minutes though first in line. Young dark haired woman when I asked why it took so long said I just got back, though there were 3 other people back there and another person had started the transaction. No reason to make a customer wait. Looked like they were going through Halloween candy instead of helping customers. No apology and acted like she could care less. Good old Wells Fargo.

I've had banks in several states, moved all over the world with the military. Never have I been treated like a number, and my opinions were irrelevant, as I had by Danielle Houston and the staff at this branch. My business was brief, and will never happen again. I will never do business again with Wells Fargo, nor will any of my friends/family.

3 stars for pros and cons. This bank I've never had issues with service. Always polite. Only 2 problems I've encountered was when I got my card, for some reason, paying using credit wasn't working. So anywhere that doesn't have debit ability (drive through etc) it would decline. Talked to cashier on my visit, she said it might be the card but she'd still let management know. Week later the card started fully working. Whether a temp bug or they fixed it, cool. I had to make a new account because the emails that are supposed to let you know if you're in the negative never got sent. (I forgot to do a deposit to keep some money in it) but obnoxious getting an email stating your account is closed. Customer service has the typical heavy accented people who can't fully understand what you're saying, not listening, or just don't know. I called 3 times in a row to go through different people to find someone who had knowledge. Didn't happen. Kept getting told "it's a debit card, you can't run it as credit". Uhh, yes you can. It's credit card you can't run as debit. I can't blame the actual bank for these things since a website or card malfunction is not their fault, and literally can't do anything about it. Thats what made me have to ask the lady at the bank, who understood my problem. Another issue, as others have said, there aren't enough tellers in busy hours. It takes forever in line. Last issue, I just had to call a different Wells just to have a couple of questions answered. I called this one 3 times in a row-immediate succession-and no one picked up. I understand being busy, but not picking up a phone that has constant ringing...no excuse. Be more attentive, or hire more staff. All that being said, I'll continue to use the bank until I move out of state, then switch to Bank of America, unless they have Chase, as I've always had great experience any time, and at all banks

Obviously this place has not done anything to improve customer service. Sat in the drive thru line for over an hour. Absolutely unacceptable. Why reply to people about how sorry you are and continue to be the worst bank in town?

The employees are very nice but I always end up in line for 20 minutes or more. As a commercial customer it is an inconvenience to only have one line for a large number of commercial customers. Whether you use the drive up or go inside expect a long wait.
