I usually don’t go to check cashing places as I have a traditional bank , however the bank was closed and I needed the money same day cue pay o matíc upon entering I was not greeted the lady (candy or Candace ) was on the phone the Entire time with someone definitely not work related with the airpod in one ear and really did not want to help me at all . She said she needed to call to verify the check , I found out the place closed at 7. It was 6:50. I told her that the place closes at 7 so you all have to call them now . She said don’t come in here telling me what I have to do . Then to whoever was on the phone , this boy over here trying to Tell me what to do. I was being extremely nice why did I have to be met with extreme rudeness So rude and unprofessional I feel extremely bad for the people that have to use these places on a regular basis

The only girl I have encountered there have no sense of professionalism and is rude like we asking her for a favor and it's not her job. And plus that there's no one that speak Spanish. I remember before they had more people and were more profesional.

Best way to change you check for cash or deposit money to you bank account.

There always a line of ppl on Friday , never have enough workers scheduled on busy days

Very bad service they close early and the staff is not professional at all I went today at 8:10 pm 10/5/21 and the cashier said it was closed and the hours are until 9:00 pm
