Chase Bank Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn

I was getting my cashier check to close the house from this branch. My attorney messed up the name and I had to come back to the branch two additional times to get this rectified. The branch manager / Yessenia / young gentleman teller had been extremely patient and informative in helping / guiding me through the process. I highly commend their professionalism and appreciate that they are building relationship with their customers.

The Bank Should Be Like A Express Bank Because On The First And The Third OF Each Month The Lines For The Tellers And The Cash Machines Go Down The Block And Almost Around The Corner. NOT GOOD FOR THE SENIOR'S AND PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED. I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE THAT IS DISABLED. IN THE SUMMER THE HOT SUN AND HEAT IS BAD FOR US. AND IN THE WINTER TIME THE COLD AND ICEY SIDEWALK IS BAD FOR US DISABLED CITIZENS AND SENIOR'S

I love Chase Bank but if the Chase Bank in Brownsville was a representation of the entire company, I would close my account. I'm currently sitting here waiting for a branch manager and there is no sign up sheet or anything. No one even offered to assist me while I sat in the back of the bank. This is a sad representation of Chase. I will never come back to this branch.

Seriously so many CHASE BANKS including this one have faulty ATM 🏧 machines in their ATM lobbies. it's unacceptable, u go to a CHASE BANK say in bklyn or queens, the BANK has anywhere between 3-5 🏧 machines at least 1-2 are not working or malfunction. Yesterday I was at the CHASE BANK on myrtle ave near Decatur in RIDGEWOOD QUEENS, dude at the far end machine had his card stuck in the slot & couldn't remove it. I felt so bad for him as it was before 8am & bank doesn't officially open till 9. Today at the CHASE BANK on PITKIN & ROCKAWAY 1 ATM out of 3 wasn't working & another was shaky. Geez hire some geeks to fix this shyte.. 😡

Dangerous definitely doesn't feel safe the place is kind of dirty and the workers don't work

Omg IT IS BEAUTIFUL INSIDE AND MORE PRIVATE SECTION WHERE NO ONE CAN SEE OVER THE SHOULDER AT THE SCREEN. TOOK THEM TOO LONG TO DO THAT BUT HEY IT IS DONE❣️ Pleasant staff environment I just miss the water fountain where I could get water to drink.

They don’t seem to care about very long wait times.

I had an EXCELLENT PATIENT TELLER she cares about my safety and she is very kind. I hope to see her again. Thanks for making me feel relaxed with transaction. Mrs/Ms V thanks stay BLESSED AND SAFE.

OMG just now I had the WORST TELLER IN BUSINESS BOOTH! I am DEFINITELY AVOIDING HER 100% Disrespectful in EVERY ASPECT!

"This place is very unprofessional". Starting with the tellers Smh , I've watch them talk down to people as if they are not human or they are better than them....and the wait forget about it if you're in a hurry find a different branch. There is alway something wrong with there ATM in the lobby.....the only respectable person in the branch is the security .
