The whole team at The Loft are outstanding. Britney is really great. All 3 of our kids have different hair and they are able to take care of them. Our oldest daughter just had a modeling conference and they knocked it out of the park. Thanks ladies.

Who offers $300 for an iPad 12 Pro Max and then YOU get offended? Was I just supposed to to accept it and walk away? How you catching attitudes after offering me 1/4 of the price? Is it because he was wearing a HBCU shirt? What does it mean to go “sale it in the street then” 😂. Wrong assumption, MF. HBCU graduate, entrepreneur, military retiree and boxing trainer. Black and accomplished. I’m sure that makes you more miserable than you already are…I mean I’d have an attitude if I was you too. So I kinda understand. I’m not hurting for money. At all. The items I bought there were because they’re in my way. Seems like you’re hurting for money though since we’re judging off appearances. Luckily I was in a good mood today lol but for sure, be more respectful to your customers as you never know who they are…..

My husband and I just recently went into this store to inquire about a hunting rifle, the guy just stayed on the computer when we were asking questions and basically just blew us off. Customer service was horrible however a older gentleman came in an he jumped to take care of him. I guess our money wasn't the right color. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Completely unreasonable for pawning or selling tools definitely would not recommend their services to anyone if the owner is reading these reviews ....low balling people is bad for business

Customer service sucks. Was in there and the guy couldn't stay off his phone to answer any questions. I guess I Interrupted his Game!!! Doubt I'll be back again!!!

Jerry is very informative and communicates well. He goes above and beyond. My courtesy letter for my loan payment is never late and I'm always treated fairly. 5 stars for great business!!

This pawn shop has it all! I cannot say enough good things about Pawn it Fast. They offer RIDICULOUSLY fair prices. They are communicative and friendly, and I have never felt ashamed to have to pawn anything there, or judged in any way. I highly recommend them for all your selling or purchasing needs; they have a TON of really cool stuff to buy, too. :)

I love Jerry, lol he's basically family at this point very professional and down to earth. oh also straight forward no bull jive.

I personally feel he stuff is way over priced! He maybe knowledgeable but very Arrogant. So for me I will not be going back to this pawn shop
