I went in and bought a subwoofer box for my truck. They said that it would fit my 98 dodge 1500. when i went to install it, the box did not fit doing so research it was made for a ford 1500. i contacted pawn 1 and they said they would not refund me my money back saying we sale as is, even though i was lied to. they are a very shady place. dont trust them with any thing. they are just out to steal from people.

This is my favorite pawn 1 they have great deals and I love their selections lots of verity and the employees make me feel very welcome Everytime I come in :)

They have always helped me out; they do not try to swindle you! I asked for 10 bucks on an item i was selling and they gave me 30! Super nice group of people! And very clean!

young immature staff. Took a couple items in and the kid that helped me broke my item literally. And then hands it back telling me he'll pass on it. And when i confronted him he had the nerve to look at me at say he didnt break it. When clearly the item worked until the inexperience kicked in with the item and he fried it. Rude and lucky.

Every time I've gone in to this location, the people are super helpful and friendly. The prices of products, as well as what they pay when you sell items, seems pretty fair.
