Raul De La Vega made buying a home so easy! Always so attentive to our questions and made the whole process so easy, especially with my husband gone for most of it. Highly recommend and would definitely go back to him if we decided to buy again!

Tried 2 times to go through Raul at patriate loans (because I’m a veteran/patriate). 1st time was assured a va loan. They changed it at the last minute to fha. Communication was poor then. Tried again recently. Extremely slow to no communication. Seem like nice people but just super slow to respond when trying to get things done in a timely manner. Seems as though our file got pushed to the side. SMH. Will no longer do business with them and I can’t recommend. Quicken loans was fast, efficient, extremely responsive and saved me money. Would love to give patriate loans a better review but unfortunately... never got to do business with them.
