Throughout the process of buying my home, William and his staff were very attentive and friendly. However, my actual realtor Bryan Baraoidan wasn't the best to work with. I bought my home while stationed in Hawaii and had Bryan (and a local friend) go look at places for me. They both, along with my concurrence, agreed that the home was suitable for me. I was please up until I got the keys and walked in the home. In the past, when I had bought a home, my realtor had the home professionally cleaned. However, with Bryan, this didn't happen. The home was a pigsty and unlivable. That is, until I got it professionally cleaned myself. I am writing all of this because Bryan and William work hand in hand, and William is Bryan's preferred lender. Needless to say, I won't be using either of them in my future home sale/buying services.
