Joe Frey was our salesman. He was very professional and very friendly I also feel Joe was very knowledgeable. He was also able to get me better financing which was a bonus. It was an all around great experience.

I pulled up on the lot and got out of my vehicle an before i headed to the door i was meant at the door. How may we help you. I was looking for a new or used car or truck. Do you know how some dealership push you into something you didn't want because they are trying to get it out an off there lot. Not Patriot Auto they work with you and help you out on what you like and your best interest. Plus they take there time working with you. Take your time. take a ride in some of there vehicles on there lot. Any sales person will do. My sales person was kevin and he was alsome.

Changing my review for this business . On the surface at first everything was cool.. this place is the worst as far as customer service . There communication with each other doesn’t exist (repair shop & office ). Yes I needed repairs from day one passenger automatic seats and heated seats stopped working the next day. The guy at the shop told me if it’s not a fuse issue he can’t fix it and that’s the chance you take buying a used car these things go up all the time. I had slice in my intake manifold hose they put electric tape on it and I end up changing the hose myself. While they were trying find the reason why my car was cutting off they told me I may need a new Alternator. And I have to pay 200.00 I told them No because all these issues happened the first week I purchased the car. I’m still under warranty. A month later my belt came off . I took it back to them and I just happened to be missing a couple bolts that hold my alternator . They are just the worst in my opinion.

I just bought a car here and I definitely would give the sales guy Joseph Frey and 5 star. He was so friendly and very good at his job. He went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car that I wanted unfortunately there was another salesman or finance man there by named Tim that was very rude and ignorant towards Joseph. I had never witness such disrespect to what is supposed to be your co worker especially when i witnessed Joe going not only going above and beyond with myself but helping others out as well. He spoke to joe with such a attitude that I felt bad myself and thought to myself how can one person speak to another that way and even though Tim was very disrespectful, rude and snippy Joe still did his job with the upmost respect. That right there is not just a good salesman but I can tell a all around good person. So I give Joseph Frey a 5 star and he should definitely get praise for doing such a good job and going above and beyond on the job. Thank you for my car joe and making sure all my questions were answered and I was happy with my decision.

The experience was great very friendly with great customer service. Tara kitzinger was amazing very informative very helpful and had a great sense of humor I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great deal.

Errol was very charismatic and very genuine. I felt he was here for me and my best interest. Will definitely return and recommend. 7 stars if I could.

Joe Frey was awesome from the time I stepped on the parking lot!!! He did everything he could and I'm leaving here in a new car to me!!!!! He is definitely a keeper. If I had enough money to give him a tip I would. Thanks again Joe your the best

Patriot auto was fantastic and they treated us like family from jump our sales representative Errol fortson was so straight with us, from the beginning we felt like we knew him. It was uncanny how comfortable we were with him minutes after walking on the lot. If you want a car, and don't go to patriot auto you could be making a huge mistake. That strip where they sell all the cars in reisterstown , patriot auto they run that and Errol Fortson is the sale rep you want to see.

When I initially viewed Patriot Auto’s website, I knew what vehicle I wanted & was determined to leave with what I wanted. However, what I wanted wasn’t within my price range due to my bad credit, but Jason & Seon are awesome! They helped me find something better than what I wanted!
