I love this bank. The staff are amazing and extremely knowledgeable about helping you choose the best account to the best loan. After my Second visit they new me and my husband by name and that shows they care for there customers.

We have all our accounts and a home Loan with them. In all the years banking with them we have only ever had one small issue and it was minor and they corrected it when contacted. Very good and friendly people!

Opened an account 1 MONTH AGO. Still no bank card to access the funds. Even despite 3 phone calls of them saying they'd expedite one. Supposedly they've attempted to send 3 different shipments out and still can't get it to us. Ridiculous. My son's 1st job and can't even access his funds without going to the bank to withdrawal money. Funny that the mail they send to tell him he made changes to his account preferences like paperless statements etc reach us....but a card can't....1 month and no card...Insane. Will not be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a bank for their minor child.

-5 stars if that was an option. Not this one bank, but DO NOT get an auto loan with this bank, no matter how cheap the interest rate or discount. I have never in my life had more problems trying to get a bank to take my money in my life. They have even lied and stated I had auto debit set up and that they recieved a payment when they didn't. Literally wrote the wrong routing numbers down when they had a copy of my check in front of them, and too make it even worse they began texting me that they hadn't recieved my payment after telling me they did! Words can not Express the frustration when dealing with this mess.
