Don't do business here. They advertise no fee checking, but then hit you with hidden fees.

Absolutely love this branch of Park Community Credit Union! All the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Not only can they answer all your money questions - a lot of them will know about local events and give you expert tips and tricks to having a good time! I never feel rushed or insignificant when doing business here. Such a pleasure to have a safe place to do my banking and ask financial questions!

Awesome Experience! I highly recommend this credit union especially for all your small business banking. I did a lot of research and found that park was the best place to bank for small business even above pnc. I' m super happy with my service.

My overall experience was fantastic! I was uneasy about beginning the car buying experience. I dealt with Ashley B in the New Albany branch who assisted me and also worked with Kristen S. Both ladies went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful and gave me peace of mind. I would recommend Park Community Federal Credit to anyone!

I rarely leave Google reviews, but I felt this was necessary given all the positive reviews. I have had this credit union for 3 years, and in those three years I have experienced nothing but problems. Their website continuously goes through a lot of changes. During one of those changes, they lost my account entirely. I was on the phone with them and their IT for hours. They discriminate. My male friend has been able to get credit limits increased and car loans with low interest rates (less than 2%) whereas I was given no limit increases and was told I needed a cosigner for an auto loan (we have identical financial backgrounds). They lost my credit card, twice. They could not figure out how to mail them to my address. Amazon, USPS, and UPS have never had this issue. I'm exhausted by this credit union and regret opening an account with them. UPDATE AUGUST 2021: My experience with PCCU has left me wondering if they purposely tried to be terrible in every way towards me just to get me to close my accounts with them. This in no way reflects the majority of the customer service representatives I spoke to, rather the "management" that approve/deny loans, the credit card company they use, and the programmers in charge of their website. Loans- I have a long history of loans. Student loans, car loans, personal loans, credit cards. I have never been delinquent, always pay things off on time, and have a great credit score. There were two separate occasions where I attempted to get an auto loan through PCCU for an under $20,000 used car (see above about first attempt). Both times I was told I needed a co-signer if I wanted to get a loan through them. When I prompted them as to why I needed a co-signer given my credit score and history of previous paid off in-full auto loans, they told me "we look at everything". When I asked them to elaborate, they refused. I was quickly able to obtain a loan through a different bank (both times) because I am a perfectly good candidate for an auto loan. I am thoroughly convinced that they were discriminating against me for being a minority. Credit Card- Their handling of credit cards is the straw that broke the camels back for me. They lost my credit card FOUR (4) TIMES (see above about previous 2 times losing credit card). I moved to a new location from the time I had opened the account and that information was updated via their online website by me when it happened, months before the credit card was due to expire. They still sent the new card to my old address. When it was "returned to sender" they CLOSED my credit card account. I signed onto my bank one day to see if I could order a new card as mine was expiring soon and every other bank has an option to order a new card and see where yours is in transit. When I logged on, my credit card information was gone. My payment history on that credit card was gone. My checking account payments that I had made on the credit card were gone. It simply disappeared. When I called PCCU to inquire what happened, three separate managers had no idea what had happened, who closed the account, why the account was closed. They GUESSED it was because the card was returned to sender, but they did not have a definitive reason. Problem is, it took me three separate long phone calls where I was transferred and escalated before I got to someone who knew how to fix the problem, finally issued/sent me a card, and fixed the issue of the disappearing account. Overall, I DO NOT recommend this bank at all. If you are a person of color or an unmarried woman or both, steer clear. If you are a white male, you may be able to get some decent loans if you can get over their primitive website and lack of features. I personally no longer have a checking account with them as I was able to get better rates on everything from interest checking, savings, and auto loans through another bank, without jumping through hoops.
