The ladies that work at this branch are always so nice and helpful. I have slowly been moving over to them including my business account. I had one issue with someone at the main call center not related to this branch, but the girls at this branch are awesome and have made me want to use them for all my banking needs. There is never no attitude and they seem to go out of the way to make things easier for the members.

I went in to deposit a check today and the staff behaved as though it was incredibly suspicious I would be depositing that amount of money. I felt like they looked at me and decided I looked too poor for the check to be real. I don’t mind the policy of a 7 day business hold for deposits over a certain amount. I do mind people looking at me like I could possibly be some kind of criminal.

Horrible bank. Specifically this branch in particular. I’ve had multiple issues with this bank and today was the last time I’ll ever go to this location. They are still banking like it’s the 90s apparently. All other locations have multiple itms and this one only has one. Recently I got married and received a check as wedding gift. It was written out to both me and my wife. Was told by another location via ITM that all I had to do was have my wife sign the back since it was made out to both of us. So I did that and because my wife works 1st shift she can’t physically be present with me when the bank is open. So you can imagine my surprise when I went to this location to be first told they can’t find my account after giving them my social. Eventually they found it but told me that because of the way the check was written that I’d have to have my wife present with an ID and that her name should be on my account as well in order to cash the check. I explained that the woman I talked to said all I had to do was have her sign the back. Apparently at this location they don’t do that even though once I called my regular location they told me they had written a note saying to allow me to cash that check. Needless to say, i left very angry and I will no longer be going to this location.

I had a great experience at park community! They helped me set up 2 savings accounts that have no hidden fees. I even set up a parlor pals account for my 1 year old and it has lots of great benefits no other banks offered. After my awful experience at another bank with $3.00 paper statement fees each month no one tells you about and a horrible customer service process...park community was refreshing and satisfying. I will go here for all my banking needs from now on. 💕

We've been using park for right around a year now and have never had any issues. Everyone in this branch seems very friendly and helpful!

Don't expect your paycheck in your bank even before 8AM on a Friday. It won't be in your account. Almost every other bank deposits your checks Thursday night. Not Park Community though. Horrible customer service as well. Worst bank I've been to in over 15 years.

I’ve had 4 instances of fraud on my account in less than 6 months. Each time I’ve had to notice it myself and it takes 7-10 business days to get a new card every time. They told me it’s my card number that’s compromised and not my account, yet this is obviously not the case as I’ve been EXTRA careful since this happened the first time. I’m stuck currently as I’m trying to purchase a house but I cannot wait to change to a different bank.

Only reason I'm not bringing all my banking over to these guys is because while doing my home equity line of credit it was like pulling teeth to get ahold of someone to get things pushed through. They lost documents a few times and most of the time I waited days to get a response on anything. I think I ended up going through 3 different Representatives before it went into underwriting. Now with that being said they still got me approved and eliminated my debt when my current bank could not because I have a house built in the side of a hill. So they have great standards and great rates. They treat their members fair. I'm glad I have my HELOC loan through them. Hope this helps.
