    This bank and location is amazing! From the tellers to the loan officers to the manager. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable. I have been able to improve my credit and shopping power through all they have to offer. I have financed several car’s with them as well as my children. Three of my children bank with them as well and they have helped guide them as well. Thanks for all you guy’s do! Forever a palmetto citizen member 😍

    It was a very nice experience. I receive quick and friendly service. I spoke with the loan officer and they were very polite and friendly. With the pandemic they required Identification and mask. The process of the loan took a couple of day and I received it with a reasonable interest rate. I'm happy with this Credit Union.

    Palmetto citizens is top notch when it comes to customer service. For years, they have not wavered on their service delivery. They make you feel like family and it’s always a pleasure doing business with them. Palmetto citizens is our families bank. Not only do I bank there, but also my adult children. Additionally, we will be opening an account for my newest grand baby soon.

    Very distraught after applying for an auto loan from my primary financial institution where I have been a member for over 30 years and have applied for several loans including a home mortgage loan. All loans have a zero balance and were paid according to the agreement. My current investments with Palmetto exceeds the amount of the loan in which I applied for significantly. Not to mention my credit score is above 700, I was denied the loan due to an error on my credit report on Atrium Way. I repeatedly said that there was a zero balance on the account. I then visited a different location at Palmetto Citizens and it was confirmed that the report showed a zero balance. I'd like to have a more positive attitude toward my primary financial institution and feel confident that they can provide financial support when needed.

    Atrium way has been my bank since I started working for the school district in 1984. When my children were old enough, they started at this location too. We go as far back as Polly Lucas! She was the best and helped out in any way she could. Helped through opening a teenager’s first account, to college account. Then we met Kelly Group! Kelly has done so much for me personally and for my daughter who is married and has a family. Kelly has moved to the Camden location now, but she called to let us know of her move, we almost panicked until she told us she would still have the same contact information. It doesn’t matter what I need, I call or email Kelly and she takes care of whatever I need or tells me if someone else can help me....Kelly Group is definitely my go-to person at my go-to bank!! Love Palmetto Citizens Federal Credit Union and Kelly!!

    I think that palmetto citizens bank and the employees that serve their customers are like family from the time you walk through the door every one greet you with a smile and concern about needs are for your visit and will take time to hear what they can help you with.     The employees at this location were very UNFRIENDLY. I used the drive through to make a cash deposit and was very disappointed in the customer service. The teller seemed very annoyed and was very short with me, barely speaking to me. Had I experienced this level of customer service when I opened my account, I would have chosen another bank altogether. I would NOT recommend Palmetto Citizens at all.

    As a child, I had an account with the Teacher's Federal Credit Union. My mom retired from local school district opening her account when it was Teacher's Federal Credit Union and is still a member after approximately 30 years. With this said, I am familiar and accustomed to Palmetto Citizen's Federal Credit Union. They have been my family's bank for many many years. My father recently died unexpectedly in October. I visited the Atrium Way branch to close my deceased father's account. Kelly Group, Service Center Manager, assisted with the closing of my father's account. I brought the probate papers to the branch along with a refund check from SCE&G. I understand there is company policy that has to be followed however Kelly Group made a personal decision that was insensitive to my situation. I visited the Atrium Way branch the day after Christmas, the first Christmas without my father. Kelly chose to put a hold on the small SCE&G check stating "these checks always return. I just want to protect you." By her personal decision, my brother and I had to visit 3 branches, present probate papers 3 times, and explain our situation 3 times. In addition, the process took 2 days. We went to the Atrium Way branch to finalize his business matters. Kelly Group complicated the process and did not make it easy. In her attempt to "help" the situation after she had contacted by 2 other PCFCU employees.... Kelly Group contacted my brother and said she could reverse the deposit and we could take the check to the bank the check was originated. Again, complicating the process. Palmetto Citizen's Federal Credit Union a good company but Kelly Group at the Atrium Way branch is insensitive and should not have the right to make personal decisions relating to other people's business matters.     If you're looking for an awesome place to trust with your money, and want somebody that's going to work just as hard for you as you do for your money go see Kirby Norris.
