i have an active account with these fools. these customer services is horrible. the staff barely speaks english. i tried to put cash money on my debt card before an over draft hit my account there was no place to put money directly on my card. gps sent me to a location that no longer exists in the middle of the frickin ghetto with crackheads walking around. i would not recommend this bank to anyone. also i wonder how these fools are still in business.

Worst Financial Institution in the State of Florida! I am leaving them after over 30yrs of being a customer. The last 10yrs has been full of errors, lost money, botched loans, ATM/Debit Card issues, uncaring & unresponsive Customer "No Service". Stay Away!

I couldn't provide any help. I wasted my time and lady actually judge me. I wanted to get my pin reset, but of course they don't have that machine there. I might go with a different bank.

Terrible phone etiquete. The first and last time I will do any business with them they have an automated phone system that is terrible. When you fibally get someone on the phone instead of resolving the issue they hang up on you so when you call back you have to start all over again with the recording.

Have yet to have a positive experience with this CU in over 2 yrs. I cannot recommend their services.

Horrible employees! They are rude, disrespectful and insulting with a sense of entitlement and bad attitudes!!! If someone could get this to there senor management, please do!
