I would give zero stars If I could. I just went in there to cash a legit check I'm a non-customer, and they refused to take my temporary ID which is not expired as a form of identification. If the state gives you identification with an expiration date they should accept it. But the ignorant tellers at this place won't just because they don't feel like it I think that's discrimination, why would anyone get an account at a bank that's ignorant thanks for nothing and especially thanks for wasting my time. These banks already charge exorbited fees to cash a check if you're non-customer, So you guys want to waste my time and not take my money fine I'll go bank somewhere else.

Every bank in American, including all of the Wintrust branches should take their training for top notch, friendly, kind and effecient customer service from the management and all of the staff of Orland Park Bank and Trust. Orland Park Bank and Trust is the best!
