The service at Chase was absolutely phenomenal. I went in not expecting the best service from such a large bank, but I was completely wrong. Manuel Rivera really helped me out with everything I needed, and was so kind and extremely knowledgable about all the questions I asked. Highly recommend this bank as the customer service I experienced from Manuel was unmatched.

Exceptionally helpful and courteous staff! Great banking experience! Moe El Turkey was very professional, polite, and incredibly helpful! I highly recommend him, and this branch, for all your banking needs.

The service at this branch 151st and Lagrange was fantastic. I was greeted and recommended to see the teller for faster service. The teller smiled and helped me with my direct deposit paper. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. Thank you Orland Park Chase. I told my husband and friends to go to this branch for great service. The Frankfort and Mokena branches were awful. Definitely everyone go to Orland Park, they are terrific.

This branch was helpful when my ATM card was stolen when I was pickpocketed in Italy. I went to the bank to get money with my temporary drivers license. The bank manager was helpful and efficient in getting another ATM card express delivered. On two subsequent stops I was able to get cash easily. Today I had still not received my ATM card. I inquired and the agent as able to verify when it was mailed. She gave me the ups tracking number. I looked it up and found it had been delivered a few days ago. I went home and found where my father had placed the envelope and forgotten to tell me. These series of interactions significantly reduced the stress and annoyance of not having my atm card.

Went there to open account for education purposes. Was going to deposit at least 5000.00. Was told there was no one that could help me and if I wanted they would take my name and number and call me later. Really? I told the rude and obnoxious lady with her IPad that I was going to go give my money to their competitors. But, I made sure everyone in the bank heard me. Went to First Midwest and done in 20 minutes. Chase Bank sucks!

First of all I have to say that mostly of the staff it’s friendly and kind an exception of a gentleman called “Manny”, everything started by checking on the waiting list I also requested assistance in Spanish, the gentleman offered to assist according to the list he mentioned that he was almost coming to get me and he got me over an hour waiting at the end he didn’t help at all, he passed right on me like I was not even there and the worst of it he wasn’t busy at all, he was not attending clients! Very obnoxious, unprofessional and even seemed like he was tired of his shift he disappeared for over 45 minutes and that was counted the 15 minutes left was when I walked in an average waiting time.

The human staff I intentionally made my deposit through misinformed me of what needed to be done and resulted in a huge delay. It was a pretty straightforward transaction. Probably better off using the machines, sadly.

With so many Chase branches being closed due to Covid this branch seems to be having to take on all the "overflow". That could be really stressful and taxing for the employees and yet they don't show it. Received great service from everyone I encountered in this branch. The personal banker, Brian, was especially kind, helpful and professional. This branch is not close to where I live (I was out running errands in the area) but I would definitely come back because of this experience.

ATM wouldn't let me deposit money and kept rejecting it

Terrible branch.... there is a clear reason that I try to do 100% of my banking online and that is based on the service you get when walking into this branch. The branch manager is rude at this bank, and the person helping me closed the wrong account. Wasted an hour and a half of my time.
