This is absolutely the worst bank you can use for a mortgage company. They told us that we did not have insurance in March 2020, we sent them everything they asked for more than three times. Eventually they added an insurance policy on top of the insurance I already had, even though they had used our escrow account to pay my insurance policy. So I canceled the insurance policy I had then they found out I had insurance and canceled their policy. For three days I had no insurance on my home. Luckily the place I had insurance before was happy to have me back as a custom. Now I’m actually receiving the same notices again. This place is so big their departments do not talk to one another, that’s why they can’t ever get anything right! Use anyone besides Origin Bank
