My experience with Orange Country’s Credit Union was incredible. I was approved right away for a car loan. Natasha Mohamed was my specialist and she went above and beyond helping me through the process. I would like to personally thank Natasha for all of her hard work and support throughout the car buying process!!! You made the process easy! Thanks.

I would NEVER recommend using OCCU for a mortgage. I thought using a smaller company would give me more personalized service. Calling the branch and getting thru to a person is one of the most frustrating automated systems I have ever used. They make you listen to all these automated messages repeatedly telling you faster service can be found at the website. IF I WANTED TO USE THE WEBSITE I WOULD NOT BE CALLING TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN. They have a system that says if you do not want to stay on hold type your phone number and they will call you back. TWO TIMES THEY HAVE NEVER CALLED BACK!!! AT LEAST 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD AND HUNG UP ON. No company should make it so frustrating to speak with a person. Clark Howard calls this customer NO Service. My comments are directed towards what I think is the main office in Santa Ana and not the Mission Viejo Branch.

I had never financed a car before as I have always payed cash for my vehicles. I went into Orange County's Credit Union to apply for an auto loan and Luciano assisted me and was very helpful. I was in and out withing 10 min. I received my preapproval the next day at a rate of 4.25% which I thought was excellent for a first time buyer. I would recommend OCCU to anyone looking to finance a car.

Their online bill pay service used to be bad, and now it might be worse- really there is no way of knowing because you can't check from your phone unless you download the app. Nope they rather you close your account than fix this glaring user UNfriendliness. So if you have to check your balance on someone else's phone you've gotta download the app to do it. they say it works on the computer but it still doesnt. Good luck getting a call back while they impliment this hot mess of "digital banking" it has been 2 days and no call back their home page says "We’re currently experiencing a high volume of calls. We apologize and are working diligently to answer Member questions." that message has been there for weeks... they need to get the online banking that SchoolsFirst has but better?

I come here to make deposits into my Logix Credit Union account (they are a co-op location). Staff is friendly, but one thing that I found interesting it that the tellers don't offer to help you fill out deposit slips. Other than that...everything is good.

This is a great spot for people who have co op credit unions. You can get money, deposit checks, whatever you need to do. They are great, friendly and fast. The inside has a nice waiting area and it is well air conditioned.

Went through loan process here and it went very smooth. Agent was very knowledgeable and everything was done 100% accurate.

Great people work here. Hours are great
