If you need to make a large purchase with your debit card make sure you have groceries, cash etc before. They just freeze your account without so much as a phone call or email to verify that you have used your card. This has happened 2 months in a row and it is up to you to take the time to clear that up. Customer service ranges from poor to non-existent. You cannot contact the customer service dept. on weekends or before 9 o'clock during the week. The term "banker's hours" must have been invented by this place. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Website is terrible and the app is even worse! I keep getting locked out of both for no reason. This has been an ongoing issue. Not to mention that the customer service is slow as the seven year itch. Rates are also high and the loan process is hideous.

We do have online and mobile banking, which you can use to complete many transactions on your phone or tablet 24/7. Also, we are installing all-new Interactive Teller Machines in all of our branches this month. You'll be able to complete ANY transaction (transfers, check cashing, loan payments, etc) at our new machines without waiting in long lines. Whether you want to speak to a financial advocate in person, or via video chat, we will have you covered. Thank you so much again for your feedback and for your membership. Wrote a check that was run through Telecheck and also deposited by the bank. Was charged twice. On Path tells me they cant help me,! They are my bank correct?

SLOW service. Took them over a month to transfer a title. Bought car on 3/26/19 and as of 4/26/19 still do not have auto title from them. Would suggest doing business with anyone else but these jokers.

The workers are EXTREMELY RUDE they yelled at my boyfriend because THEY closed his account without HIS knowledge. ALL those employees need to be FIRED ASAP. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THEM
