Capital One Bank Mounes St, Harahan

Horrible experiment!!!! This bank is taking my deposit and NOT letting me to use MY OWN MONEY. This is the worst banking experience!!! I can't cash checks and the online banking system keeps saying my phone number is at high risk and REFUSE TO LET ME USE ONLINE BANKING TO TRANSFER FUNDS. I changed my number for this reason and still, they are saying my Louisiana phone number is at high risk and refuse to let me use my money. Most absurd thing I've heard.

Rudest teller ever. It’s bad enough that Capital One is closing more and more of their branches but to finally find one and have to deal with rudeness is unacceptable. I’ve been a customer with Capital One Bank for ages but it may be time to make a change.

This location is getting very rude compared to the others. There's no interaction at all in the drive-thru; you may as well hit the ATM and get the same customer service.

I come here pretty often but today was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had. The last teller Donna under the “commercial” sign is usually rude but today she didn’t stop rolling her eyes at me and sighing when I said something. I asked for my things back to go to a different location and she looked at me rolled her eyes and continued to do the transaction. I do NOT recommend this location to anyone. I’d say drive to another location despite of how far. I will NOT be doing business here anymore. If I could do ZERO STARS I would.

Literally the worst Capital One. Over the many years of banking with this company, this bank is the worst one. Go to Severn Capital One. The staff over there is amazing. As for this one, it should be shut down.

drive threw sucks and doesn't let customers know the guidelines when deposit money. i had deposit a check for first time and was unaware of hold times and was not told before being deposited and the teller was rude

WORST bank there is. In fact it's not a bank, It's credit card company. Bank there for years, NO MORE. To many reasons write about. would be here all day. It should be 0 stars.

Worst bank ever. Incompetent staff, incompetent bank. Allows unauthorized transactions with no problem but makes the innocent victim pay the price. NEVER WILL DO BUSINESS WITH CAPITAL ONE AGAIN!

You closed another location, now people are having to wait in lines at drive thru up to 20 to 25 minutes, at least add another teller,1 teller for 3 lanes is not enough
