The 18% interest on the "pre-approved" loan wasn't great to begin with, but the payments were low enough that I would've been able to make two a month. They would've got their money, I would've been able to significantly improve my credit and pay less over the life of the loan by paying early. Win-win, I'd say. But no, only after they run my credit do I get a call saying the amount and rates are worse, and they want collateral. If I wanted a collateralized loan, I'd go to a real bank, not some online chop-shop. Know your role, bottom feeders... I wish some regulatory agency would step in regarding these predatory i-loan spots. In the meantime, I'll be doing my part by disputing the credit check and filing an FTC complaint for malicious business practices.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. Got a loan two months ago Called them to pay off loan and the payoff was $150 more than the initial loan amount. Got able company

Horrible, do not use. Asked for written payoff amount. Will not give. Balance 0, still open. Will not provide professional payoff amount like all others, but only via calling. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!!

Everyone is so friendly and professional. I just wish there was someone in the office that could assist with credit bureau reporting. That's been a lil difficult. Except for that, they are great!!!

In this place they have made me waste my time, they have deceived me and played with my time and need, telling me that they had approved x amount of money and sending me to look for a huge paperwork and in the end to tell me that they had approved a smaller amount of money to the agreed as if one were a boy ... hopefully and change that way of doing business because they will lose many customers
