They suuuuuuck. Youll pay forever and they push you into title loans. I managed to pay them off in one chunk, 4000. Glad im done.

HORRIBLE!!!! I opened a loan with them on 06/24/2021 and had to put collateral for the amount of the loan; which I was in agreement with. I was told that in 2 weeks or less my vehicle would be paid off and yet we are already in the last week of August and my vehicle has still not been paid off. I do not recommend anyone to do business with this company. Unfortunately, I am stuck here until my loan is paid off.

The WORST company to get a loan from. My monthly pay of 192$ and only $3!!! Goes towards my principal its RIDICULOUS!!!!! I regret getting this loan i teally wish i wouldve looked at the reviews before making the decision to do business with them. I ASKED this question to the manager about the interest and she mislead me by saying that the interested wasnt high. Very unsatisfied l. This place has excellent customer service, they made me feel very welcome and the whole process was simple and fast. Isabel was very friendly and professional, highly recommend asking for her. She explains everything in detail and helped me find the services that best met my needs.

Be careful people with this trap I fall for it every thing sounded so good ..I read the public review and didn't believe but yes people it's true they charge you 50/70% of interested if you pay in advance two or more payments a month they charge interest for every payment you make even if youmake two payment in the same months was 192/ 100 interest did another payment same month they charge me interest another 100 it's crazy then they advice me not to make another payment until two months when it was scheduled again and I go a week before my due date and now they charge 130 interest because i skip a month because I was ahead it a steal. never ending interest my advice don't get you self in . They ask you for secure loan with a lien on your vechical only I regret going there now I'm fixing to pay the the full amount. And borrowed the funds in my personal bank

Only giving a one star cus I have too. Its ridiculous how much junk mail I got saying I was pre-approved. Then I tried getting a loan with them and got told I needed a cosigner even with my cosigner, I could not get approved. Which was ridiculously dumb since we met the requirements that were asked for before making the application. So when I asked why we were denied I wasn't able to get a response. Then when asked why I wasn't informed I was denied, was told they were still working on my application! So which is it was it denied or was it still being worked on. Horrible customer service.

Extremely satisfied. Efficient customer service and made the process easy via email. Didn't even have to go into the office. Great job!

i didn't even wait that long to be approved and sign forms. They are friendly and i highly recommend this place

They don't treat you like a Person. Only one thing is on their mind is to make money.
