Awesome staff. Very clean environment. A lil sad I did t wait a bit longer in line... as they had some jams playing and found myself doing a slight jig. Maybe the music or the cashing of a check. Have a great day everyone ;)

My first bad experience was I financed a boat with NavyArmy CCU. The seller was given a check from them and they charged him 35 dollars to cash their own check. My second bad experience when I went in looking for a loan on a flatbed trailer. The branch manager gave me an outrages interest rate of 7.9. I explained to her it was a secure loan because it was a utility trailer and not considered a recreational vehicle. As per the guidelines of the State of Texas, it's considered a utility vehicle not a recreational vehicle. She refused tom give me a better rate even with a high 780 credit score. I financed somewhere else at 3.9 percent. My third The second I paid off my son's car back in August. I was told at the counter that I would receive the title in 5-7 days. Weeks went by so I called NavyArmy CCU. Their explanation was since I didn't have a checking account with them it would take 10 days. 10 days came and went and I called them yesterday. Now the latest is I will receive my title around the 29th of September. My advice, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR BANKING. They lack customer service!

I recieved a personal check from one of my clients, when I went to cash it at my client's bank I was charged $15.00 because I didnt have an account with them. Does every bank do this? Because this has been my first time....

4 years ago my life changed forever. My Mother passed away, Dec 11th, 2020, my Dad passed away. They had a loan thru NA credit union for a truck. That was my mother's and she loved it. On the day our dad died, my scammer of a brother went to TX and brought the truck back to MN. From day 1, I have been asking and pleading with my brother to let me take over pymts. He would not give me any infor on it. 2 weeks ago today, the truck was repoed. I have called numerous times to Navy Army credit Union (had to hire a lawyer from TX, he gave me the info) trying to take over the loan, even before it was repoed. I was told they could not help me. This particular truck is not just sentimental to me, I promised my mother that I would take care of it. I know where it is. At an auction here in MN. No one can seem to help me in this matter. I am not sure why the credit union cannot help me. Don't they own it? Why can't I just pay it off? I was told the credit union could stop the sale at the auction but they won't. Please, I am begging for anyone's help. I feel like I have failed my mother. I need her truck desperately. Don't know where to go now.
I have forwarded your comments to our executive team. However, I encourage you to reach out to us by visiting our feedback page- https://www.navyarmyccu.com/feedback/ and a representative will reach out to you in a timely manner.

Nothing Meaningful from this 'Bank' Because of our current pandemic and my current health status, I asked a family member to go and take care of my car loan payment at the McAllen location. In order to do so, I provided the person with my account, email, as well as the last four of my social (items generally required to take care of this payment). To my surprise, the person tells me that they would not allow her to make the payment unless she provided: 1. A valid picture ID 2. Her Social Security number 3. Proof of address WHY?! To make a payment?? This has been one of the most outrageous things that I've ever heard of. In the event that NACCU wants to contact me regarding the matter, I still hold in my hand the receipt with the teller's information. Simply ridiculous to have this going on in these difficult times.
Mr. Torres, I have reached out to the branch manager along with with our AVP. At this time, we do require identification for all transactions even those acting on behalf of others, we apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. A member of our staff will be reaching out to you, however if you would like to provide more information about your experience you can email us at [email protected].

Broken app, broken website. Sometimes gives me balances as of a week ago... Log in a second later it'll be yesterdays. Transfers have issues accepting but not reflecting. Both are garbage honestly. I work thirds 60 hrs a week and sometimes their ATM is down when I need it. Also, given someone else's bank info initially when opened account... Money direct deposited into strangers accnt. Became a 3 hour issue working it out with my work, driving 2 hrs between a check that didnt exist, and correcting issue with bank. Cost me time and money. Honestly I plan on switching. How can you trust a company with your money that isnt competent at basics?

The credit card machines have been down for months. They never got that fixed. It is very conveniant to pay with credit card at store to avoid fees. It is very inconvenient for people who dont have an account at this bank because you get charged fees either by their ATM or through there phone customer service. If they cant fix a simple credit card machine id be afraid of my money being lost. Im out of this bank. I think they do it so you can pay the $15 fee. Looks shady to me.

Service is good and quick at the McAllen location. Have financed both of my cars there with great intrest rates. ATM Service needs maintenance way to often.
