Joseph was 100% professional and explained the fine print without hesitation. Every question I had he answered and what he didn’t know he figured out. Patience is key and so is communication. OneMain, thank you for being there in a time of need. Just to shed some light these loans are hard to get out of. One main also does things like send you a check without the actually stub that comes with it. Definitely seems like they are doing some behind the scene fraud/scamming. They do not return your calls once you no longer have an active account with them. Oh but they will blow you up for payments. So glad I was able to get out of my loan with OneMain. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Started my loan process online because I didnt really want to work with anyone if i could avoid it. Boy was I wrong. Joseph reached out to me via phone and immedietly made me very comfortable and ensured i had everything i could need to make a souund decision with them. The process was quick and even when we were waiting on documents he kept in great communication with me just to keep me in the loop and ensure i didnt feel forgotten about. Thankful thats who i got for my account!

After several calls and $9200 pre approved offer I see reviews and no thank you I have an appointment for Thursday and honestly I rather burn threw my savings if this is the first approach

The process from beginning your application to closing the loan offer is pretty good. The service can be a hit or miss due to their employees seemingly being overworked and overbooked. Your representative may or may not stick to appointments and that’s when things become frustrating. Several times I made an appointment only to be told that my agent is no longer available. I had to call over and over to be able to finally close the loan offer. Also, they asked for several documents which is fine, but even after sending them the documents, they keep asking for more and more overtime. Instead of just asking for all of them in the first place. Doing this prolongs the time you will be able to close the loan offer. Overall, it’s decent, but I’m glad they helped whenever they could.

Horrible experience, had an initial possible offer then turned into no offer. Did not keep appointments or call back, no communication. Unprofessional all around I'm sure the institution has better locations and reps but this location is way below the company standards Im sure. A waste of time and two hard pulls on my husbands and my credit. I should have known better after reading reviews.

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Went in over a month ago to clear up some concerns on my account. The woman helping me said everything would be set in motion and to call back to confirm some details. I called back a few days later and get no response and no call back. I have been trying to get in contact with someone at this branch since then and keep getting told they are either with a client and will call me back or the person handling my account is out. Does anyone actually do their work here?

I wish I could give negative stars. First of all I work in finances and customer service. So I understand hiccups with business and the service they provide. That being said, I just had one of the worst experiences I have ever seen, heard or been a part of in customer service. I get an alert on Credit Karma telling me that a One Main loan is available for pre qualification. I make pretty good money and have a decent credit score, so I figured I would fill out the application and see. Well I got a phone call afterwords telling me that my application was approved. You hear that they said it was approved for a loan of $9200. Great I thought, finally I can get these unexpected things taken care of that have been stressing me out recently. So I set up a meeting for the next day to fill out the final paperwork and get my funds. Or so I thought. They said they would call me back later that day and confirm my appointment. Well, I never heard back from them so I called a couple of times to make sure that everything was still ready to go and still no one called me back and then the office closed. Not a very easy feeling, after I finally had a sigh of relief when they said I was approved. Well, I got back to my work today and called them and talked to Tyler who said everything was still good to go and it's all approved and I still have my meeting at 12. So I leave work to drive about 25 minutes away and they have me sit in a room for about another 45 minutes telling me that the systems are down. But I still asked if everything is approved and they said yes. Then told me to just leave and come back later today to finalize everything. So frustrated about wasting almost 2 hours waiting and driving, I come back to work. They call me about 2 hours later and say the systems are back up but I am no longer approved for the loan they said I was approved for earlier. How in the heck can a company do this and think it is alright to not only play with people's time but their emotions as well. Horrible experience with customer service, communication and basically lying to your face to get you to come in.

Incompetent staff did not process my paperwork and did not sign me up for auto pay- even though I completed the paperwork for it- making my first payment late. I contacted the office 4 times before I got a response and they take no responsibility for their laziness and incompetence. Use another location if you have to use this company- not the E Thomas branch.
