Applied for one loan thru credit karma but they ran me for four different amounts. My score dropped 45 points. It was the only thing I applied for, and the "hard inquiries" were listed on my credit karma account. Will seek funds else where after I recover my 45 points. Would not trust this company.

District manager is a joke got off work early to finish up my loan already took credit hit and they say no cause I have a debt consolidation loan?? which i have prove stating that I am not doing business with them anymore and still will not accept me when I was already approved of 10,000 and asking for 6,000. Thanks for nothing and Messi g with my credit score o ya did I mention I had a loan from one main in a diff state for 15,000 and paid it off with no late payments hmmmm what is the deal

Where do I even begin! I applied for a loan today and they told me I was approved so I went into the office to sign my paper work for the loan I supposedly got approved for. After one hour of them explaining to me about my loan options and trying to sell me other stuff that I really had no use for, I get the news that my loan was approved, but only to pay off my 2 credit cards and my loan for my camera which made no sense to me because all my bills get paid on time. How in the hell do you approve someone and then tell them how they have to spend their loan, and charge over 36% interest! They were short handed and had no supervisor around to answer any questions that I had because they themselves didn't even know what was going on. The lady that helped me was very nice, but it still doesn't change the fact that I felt like a yo-yo going back and forth. The fact that I didn't get the loan was disappointing, but I was more upset that it was a hard hit on my credit that I've been taking care of for so long. That's what I get thou, for going to these loan places instead of going straight to my bank instead. Lesson Learned!

I decided to go here after they kept showing up on my credit karma. According to the message I was pre-approved for up to $25K. Well instead of doing the online application I went to the office being that it's less than a mile away. I go in everything seems to be going good until the person helping me asked if it was okay for them to run my credit for approval. I right away noticed something was not right I still allowed him to do so since he said we will try to see if we can get you a loan then after that we can try other methods to help you out. The guy comes back in the office he says the loan was denied and at the moment there was nothing he could do. I went to them since they showed up as being a company that helps consolidate your credit cards into one payment turns out they don't do any of that they just do personal loans, auto loans and other loans. Even if you did a Google search for credit card consolidation and there's a business near you they will pop up which honestly is false advertising they should be showing up with all the title loan businesses.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional .., have absolutely no complaints or issues with this location; time was spent re-writing our loan to fit our needs & patiently explaining every aspect in an open manner..there has never been any surprises when dealing with them

This company is rife with bad lending practices and sheer dishonesty. Bait and switch tactics that will destroy your credit if not careful. ** Avoid at ALL COSTS **.

I needed $2000.00 got one instead I'm still getting evicted she wanted it all I go to court on the 6 of June to have a Judge tell me to pack up. Oh on top of that I get to pay for her Lawyer& court costs so how would you rate your self's?

They forget to mention everything you need until the last second and everytime you get in contact with them they add one more thing you need.. they really need to get things together and be upfront with customers from the begining! Not happy!

Very helpfull people working here. I have had no problems and they continually work with me.
