    If I could give a less than 1 star rating I would. A little over a year ago, I got “suckered” into trading in my most loved car for my ‘17 Sonic. I was unhappy with the entire process, said no on numerous occasions in the 7 hours I was there, and wasn’t confident in the car itself. The friend that came along wasn’t of any help either, trying to convince me as well even though I was reluctant. After I purchased my car, I found out a bunch of stuff the salesperson AND finance department lied to me about. Which screwed me over even more. THEN about 30 days ago, I went in to cancel the extended warranty I was mislead to purchase and was told by Alex Kraft in the finance department I would receive a check for the remaining amount. Not only was that check sent to the bank I’m financing through, but ANOTHER person in the finance department said there’s no way I would’ve received a check since I financed my car. This place is out to scam everyone and lie to make a sale. STAY AWAY!

    I went there on the recall on my vehicle and also need an oil change. It was late in the day So they got me a ride home. And pick me up and brought me back to the dealership my experience was awesome my service writer was finally knowledgeable all around are you dude thanks again for the service and you have a friend for life.👍🏿

    Went yesterday to check prices on the Equinox, however, it was not easy trying to sell me a car. I was surprised of how much a car can cost from sticker price to starting price. I was not happy because I was leaving and a manager promised me that I was going to get a lease with 0 down for 3 years and minutes later I was given another option that was not a lease. I think that honesty will sell more cars.... really.... And the 5 stars is for your building appearance, very nice.

    After calling me for 3 months straight and me telling them the facts about our credit and FICO score. They guaranteed they could get me into a Silverado crew cab 1500. Was not going to ever go back because last year 2 times they said they could get me a crew cab and after 4 hours plus, we left with our truck. But since they said “we guarantee we can get you into a crew cab” I was like ok wow they sound very reassuring. Remember I had already told them our FICO score and credit. We went in chose the vehicle, we agreed on down payment, trade in value, rebates, and monthly price we had a deal and rang the bell. All this and they never took our income or residential verification we were approved. Left with truck The next day finance texts me to email her income, and resident information. Then Tuesday text me that we need to get into a newer truck they had several for us to choice from and bring down payment never once said we may not get approval because we left with a truck already. So we go Wednesday and they had 1 Dodge truck no Chevy on the whole lot that met our approval criteria, couldn’t lower the price on any truck, and the 1 that did was just sold. We left to take Son to work. I called and asked what if we keep the one we took and (2015 Silverado) and they said I would need to put $4000 (we put $2500) plus trade in our 99 GMC Sierra. I was flabbergasted because for an older truck they wanted more down and wouldn’t budge or provide the customer service they so much promote to get us a truck. I was told to bring 2015 back and pick up mine (2014 Chevy Silverado double cab). I was devastated! I rang the bell, test drove it, signed offer sheet, and took it home. When I dropped off truck they said when they find a truck that fits our criteria they would call. All Midway did was yo-yo financing, waste my time, hard inquiries on credit and slamming (not selling), not providing they exceptional customer service they promote. I will make sure to let ALL my family friends their family and friends to NEVER go to Midway and will review and blog on every social media page that Midway is ALL lies and don’t have good business ethics's.

    I have bought two vehicles from Midway Chevrolet. Most recent purchase was a Chevy Silverado. I actually walked in just to take a look. Martin, my salesman, could have done any better. He thoroughly explained everything to me. We then went on a test drive and shortly after that I was ringing a bell. The process was fast and easy. Mason in the finance department was great. I told him where I wanted to be with my payment and the interest rate and he made it happen. I couldn't have been treated any better. Thanks to Martin and Mason i drove home with my new CHEVY!

    My husband and I bought a used car from this dealership last week. The salesman that helped us was Hector Quintana, and he was incredibly helpful. He was very patient with us, and we felt very comfortable with our purchase. The entire experience was very low pressure. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone car searching.

    Got called from insurance say my car ready to be picked up. Got there and lady that works there was rude. Say oh, well car not ready i need go wash it n do another test drive." i dont know when your vehicle will be ready i will call you when its ready." waste my time n gas. No communication. still they mess up on my invoice had bring in my vehicle in again.
