One main financial is a joke and Lisa being the biggest one. How do you have someone go through so much paperwork and time, keep calling them saying they are approved, keep changing the approval amount. Supposedly my file had went through and underwriter so shouldn’t everything have been verified at that point? Then I schedule an appointment to come in today. I’m constantly asked about information I’ve already submitted. Then I get a call saying they have no product to offer me when I started this process over 2 days ago. You’re telling me you had no clue about this before you told me I was approved on Tuesday or when you called yesterday and again said I was approved? The way you all do business is unprofessional and ridiculous. DO NOT SEND ME ANYMORE UNSOLICITED MAIL OFFERS! I will never apply at this place again. Pure buffoonery!

This is my second time at the Glen Burnie branch on Ritchie Hwy and each time has been phenomenal. I should be ashamed of myself for forgetting the reps name that walked me through on both occasions, Why, " Because she is amazing, beyond measure. Great spirit, attitude and posture to represent your establishment

My entire experience was awesome. From the moment that I parked in front of the building, before I entered the building, I was met with warmth, professionalism and patience. What an awesome team of caring people, who was passionate about their work and helping others. Thank you so very much.

If I could give a negative star for the customer service at this branch I would. I work at a finance company myself and am well aware of the procedure for giving someone a personal loan. Getting the customer in as soon as possible, doing the necessary steps in order to close on the loan. Perry Jefferies had my mother and I wait three weeks to come in, when we did come in she told us the application was no longer able to be approved because the mileage of the vehicle went up. NO KIDDING!! Three weeks later, of course it would!! So, instead of offering a counteroffer, something on personal property(which I know would very much have been possible), she simply said she was not able to do anything at all. She was also very rude over the phone and unprofessional in office! She wasted too much time! I was very displeased with her customer service. Hard pull on my credit for absolutely nothing!

Very professional over the phone but very unorganized and rude once in the office. I was approved for a loan and was told to bring all documents into the office. I brought what they asked but they could not verify my employment over the phone at the time and asked me to come back the following week. During this first visit they scanned some but not all of my documents. Also during this visit, I was quoted a monthly payment with extras added, such as life insurance and other overages and it was a problem when I stated I didn't need add ons. I went back the next week and they stated they still couldn't verify the employment, even though I provided pay stubs from a week and three weeks ago, so they said my work badge would suffice. I feel like this should have sufficed the week prior if that was the case. Then they asked for documents they had not previously asked for, which of course I didn't bring because I didn't know. I was very frustrated and left the office and decided not to do business with them. I would not recommend !

I was approved online, and i was scheduled to come into the office i downloaded all documents and also proving my car as collateral still denied me stating, they can not loaned me any money, stop wasting my time dending offers that im pre approved to find out i was never. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

Very unprofessional, uneducated and rude. No sense of going to this branch, they make a million mistakes to your account ,always have to call you back, and take months to handle common sense issues that can be handled in a day . Cant wait to pay off this loan so I don't have to continue to deal with these headaches.

I typically work with Candace Cole. She is always very professional and helpful. I was nervous about a loan but she makes the process simple.

Absolutely ridiculous. I submitted my info and it was hell to get someone to get in touch with me. Don’t even waste your time. I’ve been calling and hounding them for a definitive answer and finally after 4 days someone gets back to tell me that even though the company I work for is paperless they can’t help me. What a complete waste of time.
